Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

We always schedule Reupert to come for an annual cleaning and inspection a couple of times a year. The guy from Reupert was on time, professional, and did a great job. He explained that our pine tree is leaking sap into our outdoor unit and spent a good 2 hours making sure he got the unit completely clean. He didn’t charge anything over the price for the regular cleaning even though he was here much longer than a normal cleaning would require because of all the sap.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I was very pleased with the service. I've always been satisfied with the customer service and will use Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning in the future. I highly recommend this company.

I scheduled a furnace check up on September 28th at 10:30. Sam called that morning, said he was in the area, and asked if he could come earlier. He was polite and efficient. I have been using Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning for years and have been very happy with them.

Tim checked everything out and felt that adding coolant would most likely be all that is needed to get the system operating effectively, while pointing out that my system will probably need to be replaced within a few years. I really appreciated that he did not at all push replacing the system now. Adding the coolant appears to have done the trick.

We called in the morning, and they came to fix it by about 10:15 am. The guy who came was very professional and knew right away what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly. We had bought the extended warranty when we had the unit installed, and it was covered completely. We are very satisfied!

All work completed on time and in a professional manner. Serviceman was punctual, friendly and explained all work. A great experience.!

Great. Reupert installed my HVAC system in 2008 and Reupert has made both pre-summer and pre-winter seasonal inspections each year since then. My experiences with Reupert during all this time have all been excellent. Tim came out today as has been my regular technician for most of the past 11 years. I am always very satisfied with his punctuality, professionalism and the quality of his work.

The technician arrived on time and performed the needed services. He pointed out a few possible problems and what would be needed to correct. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely call Reupert again.

The worker did a very thorough job. We have had our furnace and ac units maintained annually by various companies and I'm quite certain that our unit has never been inspected as thoroughly. It did take longer than previous cleanings have but I think that is because he actually did more work! The only issue that he found was one that he advised us we could easily deal with ourselves and he showed us how to do that. Seemed to have a high level of integrity alongside quality work.

We bought this service through Angie's list for furnace turning. They are professional, great communication and on time. Service was great and we would come back for air conditioning tuning in summer as well.

Jamie the tech was on time and very courteous. The igniter switch needed to be replaced and he didn't have the right part on his truck. He went to their warehouse and got the correct one. He did a great job, and I will hire next year to clean my furnace again!

Everything went great. Technician came and did what he was supposed to do. No pressure to sign a maintenance agreement, which has happened with the last two companies we used for maintenance on our furnace/ac. Nice to know that there are still some honest businesses out there.

After appointment was made, the technician called before arrival to make sure it was still convenient. He arrived on time and performed requested services. Great. Tech came on time, spent a lot of time cleaning the humidifier which I never realized needed an internal filter and corrected the leaks. Since this is a rental property they followed up with me for billing, everything went so smoothly. No hassles, professional and spot on service. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning had a replacement valve in stock for my furnace after the company I normally have service my HVAC system told me they would have to order the part. Their price to do the repair was better than the one I could get with having to wait 4-5 days for the part to be ordered and arrive. The furnace had also stopped working after a short period of operation following the initial call where I learned I needed a replacement gas valve. Reupert called to confirm the service call time. Technician called ahead of scheduled repair time to again confirm and was on-time. Repair went well, system function was confirmed and both stages of the new gas valve worked well in my HVAC system,. Operation with the thermostat were also confirmed. Very pleased with the service I received.
