Description of Work: Replaced furnace and heat pump. They were very punctual and professional. They were respectful of our home. They explained our system to us and were very good about cleaning up when it was completed.

Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioner. After hearing about a member of the family with a breathing disorder with the A/C out, they made us a priority and installed it the next day. Our family appreciated their kindness and understanding of the situation.

Description of Work: Service call. After replacing the fan motor on my central air wanted to make sure all was good. The service man checked out the unit said all was good and running fine.

Description of Work: Would not use this company again; the Tech they sent was ridiculous and gave me the wrong information for a simple filter replacement. But he was willing to write me up a really high revision to my current system to accommodate another filter.

Description of Work: Furnace inspection and cleaning. It went OK, the technician was friendly and on time. This is my second time using Rupert, first for plumbing and this time for heating. They have become my preferred supplier.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and did a Geothermal inspection and cleaning. He was professional and friendly.

Description of Work: I engaged Reupert to perform an AC tune-up. The technician arrived on time and appeared to do a good job. However, two days later we noticed water damage and collected fluids in the ceiling below our AC unit, presumably due to a clogged drain line. Reupert came back out to inspect the problem and clean the line again, but the problem persisted. I called another contractor who fixed the problem to my satisfaction. To their credit, Reupert promptly refunded my repair price and compensated me for the damage to my ceiling. Given their ratings I'm sure they do a fine job generally, but this experience was not one for their "win" column.

Description of Work: He spent a lot of time cleaning of a very dirty heat pump. Then I asked help with the water heater. He was able to solve the problem even though it wasn't on his schedule.
