Description of Work: Installed a new furnace. The only reason I didn't give an A in responsiveness is that we gave them a check to pay in full the day the work was done. Two weeks later I received a bill and there was a bit of confusion with that but as far as the work itself, they did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them or use them again myself, which I'm sure I will do.
