Great work on time.

Their service has been fine. The people have been lovely to me; I can’t complain.

They have been good. We have been pretty satisfied with their response when we’ve had any problems.

Their work is acceptable. However, we have a 4 year old home; the guy came out and tried to sell us a new system and outline everything that was wrong with our current system. Our house is brand new and we had a full inspection before we moved in and everything came back fine. Also, for 3 years before we used them, we never had any problems with the system.

I was given several options in multiple price ranges by a rep who was informative and gave his opinion but was not pushy or hard sell.The installation team was prompt and got the job done on schedule, the installation went smoothly.A few weeks later during a very hot spell the unit malfunctioned on a Sunday. The on call service tech returned my call within the half hour and he was at my home within a few hours. He discovered the issue and remedied it, all covered by the warranty. The unit ran perfectly during the rest of a particularly hot summer. I've used Reupert now for my heating and cooling needs for several years and have always been very pleased with their service.

The ac stopped cooling in May. Called the company where I have a maintenance agreement and they informed me that the ac had a leak and should be replaced. I asked for an estimate and was told that both the ac and furnace had to be replaced at the same time. I had been using the company for 6 years and never had any issues. However, there were a series of events that took place over the course of six weeks which sent up a bunch of red flags and sent me to join Angie's List. Best thing that ever happened. After lots of research, I sent emails to a few of the companies on Angie's List and Scott, from Reupert was the first to respond. In fact, he called me about two hours after I sent the email on a Saturday. We met Monday morning and Scott did all the appropriate analyses and wrote up the estimate on the spot. It took two weeks to get the written estimate from the original company. Scott presented four options from most cost effective but less efficient to top of the line. He also provided a cost estimate to replace just the ac which the other company insisted was not possible. There was absolutely no pressure. My husband and I discussed the options and compared the estimate from Reupert to the other estimate we received. I asked lots of questions to make sure I was comparing apples to apples as I looked at the two proposals. For a variety of reasons, we opted to replace both the ac and furnace and I signed the contract on a Wednesday and installation started the following Monday. In the interim, I needed another service call and Reupert responded immediately, for no charge. They kept my old system running through what turned out to be the start of the heat wave and kept it running up to the date of installation. The installers, Adam and Lou, showed up on time and worked extremely hard the entire day. A third gentleman, Jeff Reupert, worked over time on customizing the duct work so we would not have to go one night without ac. They got the ac installed and working in one day which made us extremely happy as the temperatures were approaching 100 degrees outside. The entire job took 2 1/2 days as it was more complicated than anticipated but they took the time to get it done right. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. The extra work involved was part of the job. The installers cleaned up the work space every day before they left. They took great care to explain to me the workings of the system and the changes they made to accommodate a difficult installation in a tight space. What was a real mess in the furnace room is now neat, efficient. Air flow in the house has improved and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Bottom line. The entire experience was extremely positive which is a rarity today. Scott, who provided the estimate was straight forward offering a variety of affordable options. The installers were polite, nice, respectful and worked really hard. We feel the price was fair and reasonable and the house feels more comfortable and the air cleaner. Couldn't be happier with the result.

They scratched the floor once and they made it right. The paid for new wood flooring to be put down. We love them and they are really good. We have used them for years. We are going to call them to have them look at something. They are going to come over free of charge.

Their price is reasonable. They are reliable and provide good service. They service the product that they install. They are good people who respond in a timely manner to my needs. They provide both commercial and residential services.

It is a family group and they know us, and we have relied on them for years. They are quick to respond.

The company was easy to get hold of by phone and scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. They arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. Their work was done efficiently and completely.

I called them on a Monday morning with a leaking water heater. They came out within two hours and had replaced it and left by early afternoon. It was wonderful.

REUPERT WAS HONEST ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO SELL THE HIGHEST PRICED AIR/HEAT SYSTEM BUT TOLD ME THE OPTIONS AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE. ALL SERVICE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT IF I EVER NEED SERVICE CALLS. THE PRODUCTS ARE RELIABLE HAVE ALREADY SAVED ME SIGNIFICANTLY IN MY HEAT AND AIR BILLS.

TECH WAS ON TIME, NOT THE MOST OUTGOING, PRICES A LITTLE HIGH.

A CONFOUNDING FACTOR WAS THAT A DIFFERENT REPAIR PERSON SHOWED UP FOR EACH SERVICE CALL. NO ONE SEEMED TO SEE THE BIG PICTURE DESPITE MY ATTEMPTS TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM WITH THE OWNERS. FINALLY, AFTER SEVEN MONTHS, THEY TOLD ME TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING FOR $6,200. WHEN I ASKED IF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM WOULD BE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY HOUSE, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ME A COUPLE OF HOURS TO FIGURE THAT OUT. THAT WORK WAS NOT OFFERED OR DONE AND THE SYSTEM THEY PROPOSED TURNED OUT TO NOT BE THE CORRECT SIZE. I ENDED UP REPLACING IT FROM ANOTHER FIRM WHO DID TAKE THE TIME TO SIZE IT PROPERLY AND INSTALLED A SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER SYSTEM FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE. TO BE FAIR, THE COST FOR THE REPLACEMENT DUCTWORK WAS WELL SPENT, BUT THE REMAINING COST WAS MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.

CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.
