GREAT. CRAIG FILLED IN FOR MY REGULAR TECHNICIAN TIM AND PROVIDED THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PATIENTLY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK

It was wonderful!. The serviceman was very friendly, explained everything, checked the air conditioning as well and assured me it was safe to turn my furnace on again. I was SO relieved. He even guessed the name of the other company who turned the furnace off. It was the first thing he said!! I am so happy I called this company.

We have been dealing with Reupert for many years. They are very reliable and professional. This year we had our furnace inspected and cleaned. The technician called before the appointment and arrived on-time. He did all of the required services and checks so that we can have worry free performance. We would highly recommend Reupert and will continue to use them in the future.

Did not get invoice 2 out of 3 times I have used them. They are very pushy about surveys and do telemarketing calls practically demanding them. The last time I called asking for an invoice ( which they never sent ) they acted annoyed that I called through Angies List. I find them arrogant and difficult.

Technician was punctual, polite and explained what he was doing and why. In servicing the unit he informed us we needed to add coolant. He explained our options and costs prior to adding the coolant. We were his last call of the day and he stayed later to add the coolant for us.

They were on-time, called 30 min before they got here and the technician provided some helpful insight into what was going on with our unit.

Always pleased with the quality of work and outstanding customer service Reupert provides. They deserve a five star rating!

I would highly recommend Reupert. It was easy to call and schedule a date for for their services. The technician showed up on time, was professional and personable. In addition to his work, he also gave us tips on maintaining our AC & Furnace. Will definitely use them again.

We’ve been impressed with Reupert both times. We have the additional challenge of a crawl space which many companies don’t like but they handled it easily. Both times they have been thorough and efficient. It’s easy to understand the charges. They also informed us of an available service package but it was no pressure, no same day decision.

Great as always. Reupert installed my HVAC system in 2008 and has been performing spring and fall inspections each year since then. Tim has been my service technician since 2009 and I always request him as he works efficiently and always patiently answers all my questions. I have complete confidence in Tim and Reupert.

Tech was professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did the work. He was pleasant and courteous. We have had Ruepert Heating and Air Conditioning as our service provider for at least 30 years or more.

The Tech did an excellent job. While doing the checkup, he found a part that was no longer operating at the manufacturers listed specifications. He clearly explained what the parts function was and what would happen it failed. He installed the part and showed me that the unit was now operating properly. He did a super job of cleaning up after he finished. I would highly recommend Reupert.

After dealing with a company who wanted to tell me that minimal repairs would cost me outrageous amounts of money; and being talked to about monthly payments on a new system with no actual quote. These individuals honestly made an effort to understand my situation and get me up an running on one of the coldest days of the year. And when it wasn't possible. I had clear options. Full Retail price and knew what the credit options were. Plus they didn't try to sell me too large of a system for my tiny home. Honest businesses get higher ratings, referrals and return business. Period. Thank you to all the staff and every technician.

The tech who came to assess the problem advised me to save approx. $500 by purchasing and replacing the pump myself. He also answered a couple vital questions I had during that process.

The tech called before the scheduled time. He was on time. Performed all cleaning and necessary checks. Cleaned up and explained all procedures he performed. Very professional. I would definitely call Reupert again.

For the past 10 years,I have been using Reupert twice a year for seasonal inspections. Tim is my regular technician and consistently does an excellent job. He is always punctual, professional and works efficiently and thoroughly. I have full confidence in his work.

Sam completed an annual furnace cleaning and tuneup. The service was excellent as usual. Reupert is an outstanding company. I highly recommend them!

On time, delivered on commitments, and communicated through the process. They aren’t the cheapest but, I received the services agreed upon, on time and with good communication and the work they performed on my system. I believe will help extend the life of the unit.

I was called the day prior to the appt. with a reconfirmation of the time the tech would arrive, and received another call from the tech the next morning to advise he was a short drive away. He was right on time, very knowledgeable and thorough with all that he did. He performed the workscope I had requested with no up-sell. This was my 2nd experience with Reupert Heating and A/C and I have been extremely satisfied on both occasions.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful showing me how to keep my unit clean in between scheduling maintenance. Very pleased.

Nick called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He serviced my air conditioner, answered questions that I had, and did it in a professional and friendly manner.
