Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

Tim called shortly after 8a to confirm he was on his way for our 8:30a appointment. He arrived on time, donning protective booties over his shoes to protect my hardware floors (without being asked). After being shown the thermostat and furnace locations, he went right to work doing the preventative maintenance. I told him I was concerned the humidifier wasn't working - he checked that out and confirmed for me that I was correct, then found and fixed the wiring issue to get power back to the humidifier. The bill was exactly what I expected with their early bird discount for the maintenance. Appealingly, the company has gone paperless and a copy of the invoice was emailed to me right away via the tablet Tim carried. I've used Reupert Heating for years - in both houses I've owned for both maintenance and installation of new equipment. I've always been extremely pleased with them delivering on what they promised -- showing up on time, being professional, doing what the contract included without any hassle, etc. I would definitely (and have) recommend them.

I have been using their service for over ten years. They installed my furnace and air conditioner and I have always been happy with them.

Generally not confident in this vendor..would rather not elaborate.

I hired Reupert based on competitive bidding with 4 other companies selling Trane, Bryant and Amana products. Each of the vendor quotes provided a range of products of lower/mid/higher efficiency units. Reupert won bidding based on the following: 1. Quality & reputation of brand, Bryant which was backed up by Consumer Reports 2. Completeness of quote delivered during the first visit. We had brochures, a range of products and quote by the time they left, which was not common among the competitors. 3. Follow up on question after the first visit. Joe Reupert quickly replied to my questions The team was able to schedule out to get us installed within 2 weeks of our decision to go with them. Installation went from 9am to about 5 pm over 2 days, and, apart from wanting to remain at home while they worked, it was a normal, no-surprises install.

IT WENT WELL. THE TECHNICIAN CAME ON TIME. HE WAS CLEAN. HE EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I LEFT TECH ALONE AND HE WENT TO WORK.

That was at a home that I used to live in. That service was great. He was very nice and he cleaned everything up for us, since we were getting ready to sell the home. He was easy to talk to and he was just great.

My experience with Reupert Heating & Air was a very good one. I had to replace and antiquated AC unit and Heating unit, and i received a couple of quotes. Joe came out and gave a very fair price...no need to negotiate. Very informative and straight forward. They performed the services while we were out of town, and when i returned...everything was clean and like new. Glad I found Reupert and will continue to utilize them.

Arrived when promised. Very personable service provider (Blaise). Was very cheerful about the narrow steep steps he had to navigate his heavy equipment on to reach the basement. Took time to answer questions about airflow, advised me on filter changes, and when my new air purifier just happened to get delivered he took it downstairs and got it up and running for me without even being asked.

Great work, on time, informative, stayed until the work was complete. Let me know what items may become an issue in the future and told me my options for repairing now (or waiting a little longer) and what the costs would be so we could prepare. Very pleased with the service. We will hire again for all of our annual cleaning and maintenance to these systems.

Chris was on call the night before and walked me through steps to prevent an emergency call charge on how to defrost the unit then came out during business hours to diagnose and make repairs. Thanks Chris, I will be calling for winter service, hopefully none to soon.

I received a phone call about 40 minutes before service man arrived. He arrived on time and extremely friendy. I felt he was experienced and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again!

I was able to get an appointment right away. I was very impressed, the gentleman was courteous, punctual, and very easy to work with. I would recommend this provider to any Angie's List member!

Got to residence on time. Fixed problem in one hour and cleaned and vacuumed up mess. He then showed me what he had done and asked if I had any questions. Reupert is my new air conditioning/heating business that I will use.

It went really well. The technician was on time and gave a heads up call. The technician was knowledgeable and did not attempt to find other things wrong with the system. Their price was very good compared with Apollo that gave us an estimate early on which was clearly too high. I will call Reupert again!

Over the last 30 years or so, I've used several different companies to service my cooling system. I thought they were just about the same and I thought they did an okay job. I recently called Reupert to service my air conditioner and was surprised to find that the other companies were just okay. Joey from Reupert did an outstanding job on all levels. He spent twice as much time as the other companies in the past and did so much more to clean my air conditioner than any of the other companies did. He gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my system running better and it is now running great even though it is 30 years old. I will call Joey in the fall to service my heating system and will now just use this company only. I will recommend Joey to anybody who wants great service on their system.

Technician showed up during scheduled window, was friendly, explained needed repairs. Was neat in appearance, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and was courteous. Did not attempt to "sell" me on anything, but did provide objective answers to my questions about the expected lifetime of my existing unit, as well as information about future options when replacement is functionally due (my HVAC system is 19 years old).

He was very courteous and knowledgable. Wore booties to protect my floors - was careful of my animals when going in and out to do his work. I've used them before because of their quality and price. I'll use them again. One Hour charges too much!!

Rueperts went above and beyond on there service and follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. We will continue to use them as our sir conditioning and heating company.

We recently moved into a home without central air, and having ac installed was a priority for us. I began to contact HVAC providers in the Cincinnati area as soon as the home was under contract, but had a lot of folks either not return my calls, or tell me what they would not do. I contacted one company who we had done business with in the past, and they flat out told me they would not touch the project until the Fall, because they were too busy. Well, I went to Angieslist and came across Reupert, who we had no prior experience with. From the initial call, to the in-home visit two days later, I knew these were the guys. They were responsive, respectful, professional and have done a great job. We had air installed on the second floor of our home, and will leave the first floor for next year, which was a perfect solution for our needs and budget. I am very impressed with the work they have done, the fact they worked this tough job into their schedule and they did a great job cleaning up after a very messy task. Not only would I recommend Reupert to our friends, we will be using them again in the Fall when it comes to tuning up our furnace. These guys care about the work they perform, and have certainly earned our business.

We had no air conditioning due to the poor service of our previous provider, Del Monde. The people at Reupert were amazing. They installed the new system right away. They were prompt and professional. We have had one issue in the first month with a switch in the unit. They came out immediately on a weekend to get the problem resolved. In addition to the great service, they are really nice people to work with. I highly recommend the company.

Very well....the office called to let us know that the technician would arrive at our house in about 1/2 hour. He was on time and explained everything to us. Fortunately, we did not need any additional work done but would definitely call Reupert in the future.

On time, very professional. Gave us detailed information about our system and ways to improve air flow.

First visit was to estimate exactly what was needed and to inspect current equipment. Showed up on time and was very professional. The work was scheduled to begin in a couple of weeks and crew showed up first thing that morning and spent about 4.5 days completing the job. The crew was very good at what they did and always cleaned up before leaving. I was very satisfied with the final result. The only problem I had is my dog missed them after they were gone. Have used them since to do annual service.

I was very happy! My heating bill has gone down and I’d definitely recommend them. Overall, the installation went well. Even though there were some minor footprints on items in the area, the overall cleanup was good.

.they were very professional, explaining any questions we had and was very good at cleaning up after they were finished. They have called to see how things are and if they can come over for a free air conditioning check with the weather changing. (I understand this is part of the service when you get a new furnace..) We are very satisfied with the installation and the service...We called them once for a noise we heard and they were very prompt and adjusted an item and the noise was taken care of....They told us to not hesitate to call if we have any other isses large or small. We would recommend them to others....
