Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

It was great. Everything was fantastic. The service technician was very professional and he explained everything to me that he was doing. The service was really great. I had a coupon off so I paid between $70 and $90. They had good ratings on Angie's List so that was the reason why I chose them. They responded right away, I think it was the same day that I was on the website. They called and he was here at the time that he said he would be here. As for pricing, they were all generally around the same for what I needed done.

Everything was perfect. In 2014 when we had no heat (10-31-14) they were the only one we called who responded immediately and did a wonderful job. The company we used for years could not do it for three days and I wish I could mention them!!!

Service arrived on time. Tom and Jammie were excellent in describing what they were doing and the reason why. Answered all my questions so I could understand better the actual function and what could or may happen service is neglected. Very happy with the cost and Tom and Jammie

Scheduling the initial appointment was okay. The technician made some mistakes during the tune-up. He said there our unit was old and he could not change anything or fix the problem. After he left, the furnace was continually running that day. We gradually decreased the temperature to keep it from running. The temperature became very cold. My husband called the company and they sent the same technician out the next day. They said there was a mistake made with the connection in the thermostat. They made the correction at no additional cost.

Our furnace died on the coldest night of the year. Most places we called were telling us it would take days if not weeks to get a new furnace put in. I called Reupert and they had a rough install done that afternoon. A week and a half later and they came back to do a complete install including new duct work, thermostat, filter, etc. They really saved us when we needed them. We were told there would be some overtime factored into our bill, but the price was actually the same as the people who wanted us to go without heat in February for a week. Really impressed with the way they went the extra mile.

The technician was amazing. He arrived early and took his time cleaning our furnace and air conditioner. We had our home for sale and wanted to get them serviced because we have pets. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started and when he was finished 2 hours later, he explained everything that he did. He was extremely polite and respectful. We had our furnace serviced with a different company the year prior and had a bad experience. We believe that because we had a Groupon for the service, the technician didn't deem us worthy to have a thorough job done. I will definately be telling friends and family how amazing Reupert Heating and Air was!

Inspection was quick and timely. Recommendation to replace filter more often. Everything else looked good.

Everything went well; we needed 2 "boots" installed in the basement duct work. The work was done however I had to call a couple of times to get that work scheduled after the initial check up. We were very satisfied with the work and the cost?

The technician came to my home. He was friendly and on time. I showed him to the basement were the boiler is. He went straight to work. He was friendly when passing through the house to get some equipment out of his truck. It took about an hour. He explained to me what he found. He did not recommend any additional services at this time. He asked for my e-mail address so that he could e-mail me his findings. I never did receive the e-mail that he said he was going to send. I called the office and asked if one could be sent to me. I was sent a receipt basically. It just said that I paid for the yearly cleaning from Angie?s List and the date that the work was completed. In the past when using other heating companies they left me a detail work order. Saying exactly what they did, what they found and if any additional work is recommended. I know that the technician spoke to me about what he did and found before he left. I prefer having it in writing as well. So far the boiler is working well.

They service was fine. The scheduling and availability were very good.

Update: When I purchased the unit I was provided a 1 year labor warranty which I was told would include routine service/inspection visits and that I should get 2 done each year. I called to set up my first and was told the labor warranty only covers issues and repairs. The promise of routine service/inspections wasn't the leading factor in why I selected Reupert, because the other companies I looked at made the same promise, but this is annoying. I know I heard him correctly because I made a note after asking the salesman if he recommended having the first done in the spring. The service turned out great. They were prompt, hardworking, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They also were very friendly and showed me how everything worked. We got a few quotes and they had the best price.

We called Mr. Reupert to diagnose the water heater. We told him that we were interested in the tankless water heater as well as possibly the subterranean heating and cooling system. Both were very pricy options. Mr Reupert came out and appraised the situation. While he said that both were good options, for our property and needs there were more efficient and better options for a much better price. We haven't done anything yet with the HVAC system, but he scheduled us for a new water heater installation. The cost of the heater with the installation, was well within my expectations, with the benefit of well done work and good followup. We have had absolutely no problems with the water heater. I look forward to giving him my future work.

The technician came out on time and did a furnace checkup. He was very knowledgeable and did what we expected him to do.

Came out and looked at heat pump. Told me about thermostat special. Turns out it wasn't on sale though. Bought a new thermostat. He didn't connect it correctly though. Called, and they sent someone out within hours to fix it. So happy with service.

Great experience. While doing the checkup/cleaning, the technician took time to explain how this particular HVAC system works. He also answered some questions I had on how to improve the efficiency.

I called for service during the cold spell that we had in mid-November. Without any prompting on my part, Reupert worked me into their busy schedule. The service tech called to let me know that he was on the way so that I could meet him at the house. The tech was very polite and professional. I was very satisfied with his work. He went over the invoice with me and asked if I had any questions. I will use them again.

I received a phone call from the service technician the day of the appointment letting me know he was on his way. He was very polite and courteous, and even covered his shoes to keep my floors clean. He checked my furnace and made sure everything was running smoothly and he answered all of my questions. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this company!

Two men came for two days. On both days they were on time and friendly. The job was completed with no problems or headaches.

I chose this company because they had the best Angie's List reviews and now I know why. I was very impressed with everything about them. They even passed my brother's third degree! It is a family run business and almost everyone I dealt with had a last name of Reupert. Every aspect was explained to me in detail so that I could understand my options. Yes, it wasn't exactly cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. They worked around my schedule for the installation and the installers were extremely nice and answered all my questions and concerns during the installation. I opted to go for the thermostat with wi-fi which allows me to change the settings from my cell phone! I know one is supposed to always get 3 estimates for this type of work, but I was so impressed by my initial meeting, that I didn't look any further. Thank you to all the Reuperts and the rest of the crew for a great job!!

I intended to buy a coupon on Angie's List to have my heat pump serviced. When the guys arrived, they informed me that the coupon could be used on either the indoor or outdoor unit (not both), so I opted for the outdoor unit. Even though they only cleaned the outdoor unit, the tech (Chris M.) was VERY helpful and informative about how heat pumps work and answered all my questions (we had just moved into the home and had never had a heat pump before). We will definitely be using them in the future to regularly service our unit.
