Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

I had contacted the owner, Joe Ruepert, back in January of 2015 and asked him to come out and give me an estimate on installing a heating/cooling system in our attached sun room to make it a four season room instead of an uncomfortable three season room. Joe came out and inspected the room, answered mine and my wife's questions about what to expect and what he had to offer in comparison to other estimates we had received. Joe went back to the shop and emailed his bid for the job. At that time I wasn't sure when I could have the unit installed, or if in fact I would go with Ruepert's HV/AC. I asked him how long the price would be good for and he said that the price would be good as long as his cost didn't go up. Well, about a year later, January of 2016, I contacted Joe and said I wanted the unit installed. His cost had gone up some and he split the cost run up with me which I really appreciated. His installation man contacted me to set up a date for the job. A day or so before the install, Steve from Ruepert's came out to inspect the job for needed materiel. My wife and I had a couple more questions which Steve answered and we were good to go. The two technicians from Rueperts, Tom and Ian, arrived on time and carried their equipment through the house to the sun room. They were very courteous and were careful not to damage our hard wood floors. These guys were professional and no nonsense. They got the job done and we are very happy with the results.

Tim did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.

They did a very good job but they did forget to turn on one of the switches for the system so there was no heat over night.

response after ordering through angie's list was slow. I called to follow up a week after ordering. Not a big deal. Guys are open to questions and walk me through everything they see and recommend.

Furnace gas valve was done promptly, correctly, for a competitive fair price. We obtained quotes from several hvac contractors and Reupert had the best quote and did the job quickly when we were in a bind without heat and cold temperatures. They will be the first company we call next time our furnace or a/c needs repaired. Highly recommend.

. We selected Reupert Heating and A/C to install our new furnace and air conditioner because of our excellent previous experience with them. Our new equipment is the Bryant Evolution System : their most efficient (96.5%) furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner. All units have a 10-year labor and parts warranty. The 2-day installation went smoothly, and the technicians were very competent and thorough. They provided detailed information as needed and gladly answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with our new equipment from Reupert, and we highly recommend them. They are a first class organization.

I called Reupert for service cleaning and a problem with the heat blowing cool air. They were very accommodating and suggested they could schedule an appointment that very day. Due to work schedule, I scheduled for a day later. The service man diagnosed the problem - mud robbers in the pipe and furnace. They again came out the next week and replaced the flu pipe and cleaned the furnace. I am very happy with their services and will use them again. Teri

I called Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday at 9:00 AM with Jeff Reupert. Jeff arrived at my house promptly at 9:00 AM place cloth protective ?socks? over his shoes and immediately got started. Jeff was very knowledgeable, answered every question and provided options to save cost (i.e., reuse existing expansion tank since it was in great shape). Although I have not yet decided on the contractor or boiler model I will go with, I didn?t want to lose further time giving a shout out for Reupert! Technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly completed the maintenance on my heating system. I am have a lot confidence in this company from both my spring and fall cleanings.

The inspector was prompt, professional and friendly. He took the extra time to explain the ends and outs of our heating system and was very knowledgeable. An ideal company to do business with.

They arrived on 9/15/2015 and we had made arrangements for them to get into our home. They entered through our basement and were very clean. They began the 1st part of the installation. Then they returned the second day and they were done by 3pm, which was well before the time the had predicted. they also made sure that i was well educated in how to operate the furnace. I was extremely pleased with their service.

I received six estimates before choosing Reupert to replace our furnace and air conditioning. Reupert was one of only two contractors who listened to my concerns for upgrading and sizing the new system to best perform for our situation (most contractors just wanted to replace with the same size system). Our house suffered during hot sunny days due to a lot of high ceilings and southwest exposure with a lot of windows. Reupert was able to redesign some of our ductwork, and install a slightly larger air conditioner, which has made a big difference in the overall comfort of our home. In addition, the new system is much more efficient with a variable speed blower and multi staged a/c compressor. We have had significant utility bill savings monthly compared to the old system. Reupert's prices were very competitive with other contractors bidding similar equipment, and they offered the best warranty for higher end equipment . They were also prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I will use Reupert again in the future, and I would recommend to a Friend.

the technician was prompt. In fact, he was 10 minutes early. I appreciated this as I made the appointment in the morning so that I could go in to work afterward. I appreciated that he had the part that needed to be replaced in his truck. Al in all, the appointment only lasted 1 1/2 hours! He was very polite and explained everything that he did.

Fantastic company. I was actually out of town and the work was done with my complete trust that my home was safe. My husband and I have had Reupert do all of our work for at least 16 years maybe longer. Excellent crew and terrific Office staff.

Technician arrived on time. Showed us what needed cleaned on the furnace and he cleaned it. Technician was pleasant. Nice and easy procedure.

Cleaned and serviced AC condenser. Checked electrical connections. Replaced capacitor. Flushed condensate drain and cycled condensate pump. Checked filter. Checked blower assembly. Cycled AC system.

Joe thoroughly explained the different options and products that would work best for my home. The work was scheduled and finished promptly without any issues. I have recommended Reupert to my friends, and would recommend them to anyone.

A couple of weeks earlier another company had checked the unit (which was installed in 2012) and advised that I needed to replace a thermal expansion valve at a cost of approximately $650.00. Wanting to make sure this was necessary I called Reupert and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Their technician spent about an hour checking the operation of the unit thoroughly and found no problem with the valve. They were courteous and helpful and were in a position where they could have easily told me that I needed work done and charged a considerable amount of money to do it. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism and will continue to use their services going forward.

He knew what he had to do. Explained it to me in detail. He needed to be both in the basement & outside. He completed the job without any problems, any interruptions to our day & on time.

I just had another company out not 2wks ago to service my c/a unit.. they gave an ok quote for the services but i didnt follow through. I am pleased to say I am happy I didn't.. From the ease of sending my request for service on a Sat, and the prompt response time (approx 1 1/2 hrs.. i sent it via their website as I wasnt ready to chat on the phone so early in the morning), I was happy with their responsiveness. I was told I would have a on call tech come out today (given its a saturday I wasnt expecting a short wait). I was ok with waiting for them to show up.. the receptionist mentioned the service call was $79 plus whatever the tech may need to fix. I felt that was reasonable as I have had other quotes for saturday work over $100 just to have the tech come out to my home. Fast forwarding to when the tech/Blaise showed up, he was professional, kinda, and immediately found the issue after removing the panel on the side of the unit. Capacitor wire was burned off causing just the fan to work but the refridgerant not to cool, thus causing my unit to push only warm air. He gave a quote for replacement, and I decided to move forward with it. After replacing the capacitor it was decided to put a pound of refridgerant in as well (my unit is old.. uses r22, which is a bit costly now a days..but was extremely pleased to hear that the cost was waaaaayyy under that of what I was quoted by another local company).

.Responsiveness coming out to do repairs , installation with furnace was good, pricing was good. Came out for other issues, cost was reasonable could have made a larger estimate but it was only vent cleaning. Did a full cleaning when they came out

I had a missing part that was difficult to find. The service man found a like part and confirmed all parts in working order. I felt more confident that the system was going to lay through the winter.
