Bennie came in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within just a few minutes. He was thorough and efficient. From initial call to completed job took less than 18 hours. I probably could have saved a few dollars by looking more closely at the angie's list deals while he was here, but that is my own problem. There was no pressure from Bennie to buy the service agreement, but it seemed like a good idea. Now I see that there is a coupon available for cleaning. He came and did exactly what was needed to get our AC up and running.

Service was responsive and professional, from the initial estimate to the final adjustments following installation. Estimate was thorough and covered a range of options, which Joe Reupert explained in detail. Installation work proceeded efficiently, and the completed work was neat and thorough. Some glitches that arose with the new t-stats were handled promptly. Office staff were courteous, helpful, returned calls promptly and followed up as necessary.

Great! Saturday morning July 30 my A/C was not working. I was expecting 20 people for the day. At 8:30 Mr.Reupert showed up, saw the problem, went to get the part, and had my A/C working by 10am. They are always timely and professional. I would recommend Reupert to anyone.

Great experience with Reupert. This was our first time using them and we chose them based on the reviews here on Angie's List. They were quick to get us scheduled and Blaze (I believe was his name) was fantastic. There isn't pressure to buy "upgrades" or other gimmicks. I will definitely use Reupert for future HVAC maintenance/repair.

Called the office around noon on a Wednesday. They were immediately apologetic that they couldn't come out the same day. That wasn't even close to my expectation on the 3rd day of it being in the 90s. Set up an appointment for the next day, they were ok with having my contractor let them in since I couldn't bail on work, diagnosed and fixed the problem (2 capacitors) in less than an hour. Recommended further maintenance but didn't push it in the slightest. Came home, AC was working better than it was even before it broke.

Hottest day of the year, with a birthday party scheduled that afternoon. After the initial phone call, Reupert had a technician out and A/C unit repaired and fixed within about 1.5 on a Sunday morning! Pretty darn good I think. Thank you.

I had two AC units go out in 2 days on one of the hottest stretches of days in June - one unit only 2 years old (we have 2 rental properties). Needless to say I have dealt with a few HVAC companies in the last two years. Reupert was the best of the bunch. Punctual, charged a fair price and knew exactly what they were doing - which unfortunately has not been my experience of late with HVAC companies. I will call them first in the future for any HVAC needs

Chris came out and got us working again. ($322) He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I later purchased from Angie's list to have them do the annual maintenance for the air conditioner ($75) since Chris service for the day was to get us up and running. Tim came out for the annual maintenance, again, very polite, professional. There were no hidden fees, no extra items. I am saving to replace my 24 year old system and my plan it to hire that through this company.

They did a great job. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They showed up on time and did a thorough job without a big pitch and upsell on other services they offer.

Our AC Furnace breaker had been tripping occasionally over the last month or so. We never understood why, but seemed to be able to simply reset the breaker and all would be good. Not the case on Friday evening, July 8th!!! It was quite hot and muggy outside, we had out of town guests visiting and no air conditioning!!! After handing out fans for the bedrooms, I called Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning to rescue us!!! I received a call back within 30 minutes as promised and was able to speak with a representative about our system's symptoms. "Blaze" told me that "Benny" would be out the next morning to help! I received a call as promised to confirm that Benny would be heading our way. Benny arrived, assessed the problem with a few questions and manual investigation - BINGO - Benny saw the issue immediately! Switch wires had lost connectivity and needed to be re-connected! Benny was fast with both his ability to troubleshoot the root cause and then repair the issue! Benny was also able to detect my concern for the cost of this quick repair - thankfully the charges were more than fair, given that this was an emergency call on a Saturday!!! We have been calling Reupert for our service issues over the last year because we were not satisfied with our previous provider. Reupert has been attentive to our system needs and while they may not be the least expensive, they certainly offer value for their service! Their representatives are the face of the company and we couldn't be happier with their expertise and service! Thank you Benny for taking such great care of us all!!!

Serviceman was running late, but office called me to notify - many weekend calls contributed to the schedule change - he arrived an hour later than originally scheduled, but this was no problem for us at all! Work was performed as described, but additional concerns were discussed and the representative took the time to offer information on our system and why / how it worked. We had another provider who installed and maintained our system, but failed to remedy loud - really, really loud - noise coming from our condenser. Miraculously the noise issue was addressed by this representative who is also Reupert's lead technician! The issue stemmed from the mounting methods for shipping the unit were never appropriately adjusted once the unit was installed! Seems like this would have been a pretty basic, standard operating procedure that our former provider had multiple opportunities to address, given all of the complaints and discussions we had with the technicians and their management! Reupert's has not disappointed - they are professional - they know what they are doing - they provide service and integrity! We will definitely have them here again in the future! Love that there is a partnership with Angie's List - we were able to benefit from a special discounted deal for this service! Also wanted to thank the technician for his help with our water spicket - he noticed a problem and took the initiative to make a small adjustment that solved the leak!

The tech was on time,courteous, knowable, professional. He inspected and tested. He cleaned and inspected the outside unit. He cleaned up. He answered all our questions. He checked the fan. He told us to call if we needed something else. We are pleased and will call in the fall to close the air and inspect an service the furnace.

I have used Reupert for a few years now for the twice-a-year heating and cooling tune-ups. This year they replaced the entire system. As always, they were meticulous, courteous and, most importantly, honest. I had worked with other local heating and cooling service providers in the past and NONE were even close in quality of work to this company.

Reupert was my second of three quotes to replace our furnce, which had quit working during a very cold period toward the end of March. Unlike the company who inspected our furnace prior, Dan Reupert informed us that while the part in our existing unit had not been officially recalled, it was recognized by the manufacturer as faulty, and could be replaced for cost of installation only. Being armed with this information/option provided us with a considerably less expensive alternative to replacement, and established a level of trust with Reupert. We ultimately elected to replace both the furnace and AC since they were nearing the end of their life cycles. Because Reupert is a factory authorized Bryant dealer backed by the manufacturer, and we liked that they offered what we felt was a superior product, we decided to move forward. Once we narrowed our options, we were made aware of coupons and rebates that saved us roughly $2,500 off of the base price. Installation was on-time, cleanly managed and professional. We are very pleased with our selection and would highly recommend Reupert to anyone seeking similar services.

Excellent as always. Reupert Heating and A/C installed my current heating and air conditioning systems in 2008 and since then Reupert has been performing seasonal inspections of my two systems each spring and each fall. Tim is my usual technician and he always is very thorough and I am always very satisfied with both the qualify of the work performed and his professionalism.

We had purchased a deal through Angie's list for the AC inspection, and because we have two AC units, they gave us the same deal for the second unit. They did not call us to schedule--we ended up calling them--but that may have been a communication issue with Angie's List, I'm not sure. They were professional and arrived on time on the date scheduled, and the service was performed quickly and without issue. We'd use them again.

The technician Blaise was beyond incredible. He was very thorough in every step. I have used Reupert for the last 3 seasons and I continue to be highly impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They provide excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Very professional service. Technician was prompt, seemed to do a great overall check of my furnace and boiler and what I liked most, took his time to answer all my questions. We have an old boiler and he did not try to up sell, but gave me a great overall explanation, so I would be informed to make my own decision. That is honest business.

Installers were excellent, professional. Two technicians worked efficiently as a team. Never any down time trying to figure next steps. Worked on all phases of job at all times to finish heat pump, air handler, and water heater replacement in two days. Definitely will recommend.

The technician recommended that I should have the condensate trap replaced and have the humidifier fixed. I don't feel I got any value out of the tune-up. My furnace started acting strangely after that - the furnace would heat for about 20 minutes and then pause for 2 minutes before it heats again. When I made follow-up request, I was told to get the condensate trap replaced first. That's a $130 repair. To be fair, this is a 23-yr old furnace that has been maintained well. I'm looking at replacing the whole thing instead of having pieces repaired.

Winter maintenance. Very professional and explained each step with me. Will call again and refer them to family and friends.
