Reupert Heating & Air Conditioning

I have a wife and young kids at home so I was in need of quick service on this cold day. I called before I left for work and they had a technician at my house before lunchtime. The responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work by Reupert is appreciated. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem and get our heat working in a timely manner. I would recommend Ruepert Services and will use them for future services.

I contacted Reupert Heating & Air via Angie's List and they contacted me within a day telling me the price for the inspection of both furnace and air conditioner. We scheduled a time for a couple of days later. They came out (the technician was named Tim and another guy being trained was with him). They were polite and professional and explained to us the things that they were going to do in the inspection. Afterwards we got a write up on the invoice of the results of the inspection. We were happy with their service.

Great, he was on time and solved some problems that might have shut the unit down otherwise.

I used the Angie's List special for the $75 tune up. The wait was almost a month, but was not unexpected given the time of year and that this was just maintenance. Tech was a little late due to running over on a previous job. He was professional and explained everything he would do for the tune-up. He ran separate tests for regular heat (heat pump) and emergency heat, noting the differential in heat outputs. He posted his test results on the unit for future reference. Found no issues with system. Was able to pay by CC day-of. Interactions were easy. Will use again.

I’m so grateful for Angie’s List and the people who provide honest feedback. Thanks to the Angie’s List feedback, I found a ‘keeper’. The technician was personable, competent and very professional. Even my neurotic, grouchy dog liked him. He not only analyzed and fixed the [E3} error message, but identified and fixed two other issues that needed attention. Would I recommend? – Absolutely. Would I use again? – Absolutely.

They did a great job, cleaned the furnace, ordered the part we needed for the humidifier and came back the following week to install the part.

Excellent as always. I have used Reupert exclusively twice a year for seasonal inspections since they installed my heating and air conditioning system in 2008. My regular technician Tim is always professional, works efficiently and I have great confidence in the quality of his work.

Chris came out to service the furnace on November 11th and suggested replacing the Hot Surface Igniter. I gave him the go ahead. I mentioned that I would eventually have to replace my furnace because of age. He took the time to describe the different models they carry. My furnace wasn't heating the evening of the 15th. I called Reupert the next morning and made an appointment. Dan came out, determined the Surface Igniter was not working, and replaced the part. He suggested replacing the pressure switch. I wasn't charged for the service charge, labor, or the replacement part. My out of pocket on this service call was the price of the pressure switch. I am very satisfied with this company

This was my first experience with Reupert Heating and Air after many years as a customer of one of the large local multi-service companies. I just needed an annual maintenance check on the furnace. The technician was on time, courteous, thorough and explained everything he did. He also did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I am satisfied with this experience and will be calling them back for the A/C tune-up next spring.

When I asked about pricing to replace our old unit, the technician was informative about our options without being pushy. Thanks to a cancellation, they were even able to schedule our installation for the next day! The team of installers was prompt, courteous, and professional, and our new unit and thermostat work great!

Gentleman that came out to check, clean and tune-up the A/C was very friendly and professional. Did a great job.

I called them about 8:30 in the morning and by 11:30 a technician was here. He replaced a part, cleaned and checked out the unit and now it is running fine. Based on the age of the a/c I was expecting to be told it needed replacement, but they had the replacement part on the truck and it was fixed very quickly.

Service was profession and as described. No complaints at all.
