The gas valve was quite expensive and they called ahead to make sure I was aware of that and still wanted to proceed before making the service call. Once again, the technician was on time, very courteous, professional and thorough. I'm ready for winter now. I will stick with Reupert. They have been honest and up front every time I have had them to my home.

Professional from the start. Everyone at Reupert from the office manager to the owner to the rep to the installers... all seemed concerned that we received the service we needed. Since HVAC is a major purchase requiring installation expertise, I wanted a company with a good reputation and and one that has been in business a while. Do your due diligence and you will likely choose Reupert. They have been in business forever and have excellent ratings from Angie's List and BBB. Their bid was as low or lower than competitors and offered highly respective name brand equipment. The bid was no nonsense and allowed me to choose the best options for my mom. Other companies' bids included tired old sales tactics like no interest financing and 5 year labor guarantees. Neither of these are important to us and Reupert respects your intelligence and allows you to choose the features and associated costs. On top of that, they honored my $250 Angie's list discount. Outstanding. The installers arrived within one week and completed installation in one day.

I contacted Reupert Heating & Air via Angie's List and they contacted me within a day telling me the price for the inspection of both furnace and air conditioner. We scheduled a time for a couple of days later. They came out (the technician was named Tim and another guy being trained was with him). They were polite and professional and explained to us the things that they were going to do in the inspection. Afterwards we got a write up on the invoice of the results of the inspection. We were happy with their service.

I've used them twice now, they're been very good. I knew there was an issue that had been bought up by another company. They said this number is out of range, blah, blah, blah and I didn't do anything at the time. So, I wasn't suspicious that they were trying to pull anything with me. It was $87 for the maintenance, and it was $300 for the service call.

On time, professional, and polite. Not only did I use them at my home but I have also used them the past two years at my rental property in Indiana. They do great work at a reasonable price.

Once again, they were on time, courteous and very thorough. They checked everything out, cleaned the outside unit and told me what all of the readings were on the various components they checked. I am very pleased with their service and they don't try to sell me something every time they're here like some of the bigger heating and air companies. I'll continue to call Reupert for my heating and air conditioning needs.

We have a contract with them, hey do the furnace and the air conditioning at different times during the year, to $250 a year. They will come back in the fall or the early winter to do the furnace. The cost will also cover a visit in the fall for the furnace.

It was a hard decision as to who to choose to replace my system. I am single and that makes things more stressful. I scheduled the replacement several weeks out hoping to have more savings to use because I was paying cash. As luck would have it, the system went out AGAIN before the replacement date. Reupert came out, took care of it and didn't charge me since I was already scheduled for replacement. This gave me a HUGE sense of relief in that I had chosen the right company and I could relax. These guys have integrity and do what's right. They are in business and as such need to earn money, but they treat you like family. I would hire them for any work I need that they could perform!

The Tech was on time. Cleaned and tested unit. Answered our questions.

The technician was here within the appointment window. He did a thorough diagnostic check, cleaned everything and left no traces he had been there. He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need at an elevated price. I have scheduled them again for my spring A/C tune-up.

Went great! Called in the morning and they were able to fit me in that day before i had to leave for work. Technician quickly diagnosed the issue. Refilled the Freon and the air conditioner has been working well since.

Excellent. Reupert has been maintaining my HVAC system for the past 9 years and has always provided me with excellent service. My regular technician Tim comes out twice a year for the tune-up of both my A/C and my furnace and I am always very satisfied with his work.

Very professional and thorough. Cleaned and checked all aspects of central air system and discovered I was low on Freon. Explained all of the process and numbers involved. Very honest and polite.

System is working great, fan noise is much less in both the inside & out units than the old Trane unit. The heat pump replacement was started on day promise, the installers were very professional, everything went together as planned & they cleaned up the area each night. The system started up first time with NO problems which is always a good sign of a good equipment & a professional installation.

They arrived on time and did the work well, explaining what they did and how to increase humidity if what he set was too low.
