1. The lawn mowing was adequate, though not satisfactory. 2. They cut off the tree, tree limbs, and shrubs though lest thr shrub waste on the ground, 3. Stopped coming to mow the lawn without any advanced warning. 4. Can't reach them on the phone nor they returned any phone calls for last three weeks.

This company was awful. He told me it would take 1.5 days. It took one half day and it looked like it. It was hard to even notice anything done. Who trims bushes and shrubs and leaves the clippings laying in the beds. No weeds were pulled, some debris removed, some not. Ivy on fence not touched. No deadheading of plants. I called him and asked him to come back to finish the job and he refused. Buyer beware.

They contacted me as soon as I started searching on Angie's List for Yard Work, and did not explain how they knew I was doing that search. They did sloppy edging of the beds, pulled ivy off the porch, and pruned shrubs and bushes but did not pick up the trimmings. These are the things they missed completely: ivy on fence and on house, pulling weeds, deadheading perennials, and general debris pickup. They were supposed to start before 2 pm so that I could supervise and instead arrived after I left. They had said the work would take a day and a half, but they only spent a few hours one afternoon and it showed. When I complained, they refused to come back to fix the issues. They were completely unprofessional and unskilled and I would never use them again.
