AVAILABLE PACKAGES AND SERVICES: ANNUAL PROGRAMS ANNUAL PROGRAM: The Basic Annual Program includes our Snow Removal Package (as-needed), Basic Cleanup Package (twice a year), Basic Lawn Mowing Package (weekly or bi-weekly), Landscaping/Garden Bed Maintenance Package (weekly or bi-weekly), and Leaf Clearing Package (once a year) with services scheduled and provided year-round according to our recommended service schedule. LAWN PACKAGES LAWN MOWING PACKAGE: Includes lawn mowing, lawn trimming, and blowing of walkways, driveways, and ground level patios. Recommended weekly or biweekly from mid-March through November. CLEANUP PACKAGES CLEANUP PACKAGE: Includes pruning and hedge management of small trees, perennials, and shrubs, clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, weeds, and clutter from landscaping/garden beds, bagging of debris from aforementioned services, application of ½-1” topcoat of preferred mulch, and application of Preen Natural Weed Preventer to landscaping/garden beds. Recommended in March and/or April in the spring season and October and/or November in the fall season. LEAF CLEARING PACKAGE: Includes clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, and clutter from all lawn and landscaping/garden areas, and bagging of debris. Recommended in fall season as-needed to manage leaf accumulations. Please note that mulching leaves through regularly scheduled mowing is recommended ahead of leaf accumulations as mulching will add nutrients to your lawn. LANDSCAPING/GARDEN PACKAGES LANDSCAPING/GARDEN BED MAINTENANCE PACKAGE: Includes pruning and hedge management of small trees, perennials, edibles, and shrubs from landscaping/garden beds, clearing of leaves, small branches, sticks, weeds, and clutter from landscaping/garden beds, and bagging of debris from aforementioned services. Recommended weekly or biweekly from March through November. SNOW REMOVAL PACKAGES SNOW REMOVAL PACKAGE: Includes removal of snow from walkways, driveways, and patios, as well as application of Snow Joe MELT Premium Environmentally-Friendly Blend Ice Melter w/ CMA where necessary. Snow events over 6” are subject to an additional 50% charge and snow events over 1’ are subject to an additional 100% charge. Upon acceptance of this package, snow removal service will automatically trigger at the accepted price for any snow event over 2” that occurs from October to April. ADDITIONAL SERVICES INITIAL/SEASONAL EDGING SERVICE: Includes initial/seasonal edging of curbs, walkways, driveways, and ground level patios. This provides a barrier to protect your curbs, walkways, driveways, and ground levels patios, protects your lawn, prevents soil erosion, and boosts curb appeal. Recommended in spring season. LAWN DETHATCHING SERVICE: Includes lawn dethatching to remove the thick layer of dead plant material (i.e. thatch) from your soil. This allows air, water, and nutrients to reach your plants and soil again, as well as allows for your lawn to drain better. Recommended as-needed in spring and/or fall seasons or every five years. LAWN AERATION SERVICE: Includes lawn aeration to create holes in your soil. This alleviates compaction so air, water, and nutrients can reach your grass roots, which allows for your lawn to better manage heat and rainfall and maintain a healthy, rich color. Recommended in spring and/or fall seasons. LAWN SEEDING/FERTILIZATION SERVICE: Includes seeding and fertilization of lawn to repair and maintain a thick, healthy lawn. This promotes a lush, green lawn that fends off weeds, insects, and diseases. Recommended in spring season as-needed to repair damaged areas of your lawn, in the fall season with lawn aeration, and/or once every three to four years. PRUNING AND HEDGE MANAGEMENT SERVICE: Includes pruning and/or hedge management to remove dead and dying branches and stubs and promote your plants’ shape. This allows for new growth, promotes your plants’ natural shape and healthy growth, and deters pest and animal infestation. Heavy pruning and hedge management recommended in late winter season, early spring season, and/or ongoing light maintenance in the spring, summer and fall seasons. BRUSH, SMALL TREE, AND/OR SHRUB REMOVAL SERVICE: Includes removal of brush, small trees, and/or shrubs. Recommended as-needed. HONEYSUCKLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE: Includes uprooting and/or trimming to 1’ stump of honeysuckle. Recommended in January and/or February. WEED REMOVAL SERVICE: Includes manual clearing of weeds. Recommended weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as-needed from March through November. MULCH REPLENISHMENT SERVICE: Includes removal of old mulch and application of 2-3" of new preferred mulch. Recommended as-needed or every three to four years. WEED BARRIER INSTALLATION SERVICE: Includes installation of weed barrier. Recommended as-needed. FLORA/EDIBLE INSTALLATION SERVICE: Includes installation of preferred flora and/or edibles in landscaping/garden beds. Recommended as-needed from March through November. LANDSCAPING/GARDEN BED EDGING INSTALLATION SERVICE: Includes installation of landscaping/garden bed edging. Recommended as-needed. LANDSCAPING/GARDEN BED EDGING SERVICE: Includes manual landscaping/garden bed edging. Recommended as-needed.
