Reliable Home Inspections and Ryann were amazing! As out of town buyers, he made it simple to book the appointment, communicate, and share the findings in a very visual and clear way. He managed all the logistics directly with the agents and seller. His report was crystal clear and provided a balanced perspective on what was minor, what we should address, and some long term planning. As soon as the report was complete, he contacted us to talk through it and answer any questions. We were blessed to have Ryann on the team to guide us through this critical phase of the house purchase.

The inspection went great. The inspector, Ryann Butler, was very professional and answered any and all questions I had during the inspection. He also offered he would answer any questions that may come up after the inspection. Mr. Butler conducted a very thorough inspection through out the house and pointed out a few areas I should address after I move into the house. Ryan Butler from Reliable Home Inspections arrived a few minutes before the appointment started, he was very thorough, he explained a lot of things to me or if I had any questions, pointed out things to me along the way, and seemed like he had my best interests in mind which is the way it should be. There was nothing unpleasant about the experience, it went pretty well.

Ryann did a great job and even showed up early to start the inspection before we got there. He walked us through any issues that he found, explaining what recommendations he had to offer in order to fix the problem. The process wet extremely smoothly, and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family looking for a great home inspector. He also set up all the other inspections for us including the termite, gas, and radon inspections.
