The plumber cut the bathroom vinyl 6 inches toward the vanity and denies it. They are rude and Jan hung up on me.

I like that they were very fast, prompt, and quick in scheduling. My dislike was that I did not know the bill until they sent it to me. So, when they left the house, I did not know what I was going to be charged, but everything else was fine.

They are just wonderful to work with. I think they are reasonable with their prices. They are very nice men. They always bill me the following month which I like.

I have called on Reilly Plumbing in the past for odds and end jobs and they have always been responsive, polite and reasonable. I highly recommend them for your residential plumbing work. They do the best work, you can trust them completely and you won't be overcharged.

Mr. Reilly came out to do a quote for several plumbing jobs in my home. When he left, he indicated he would be in touch with the estimate. I called about 1.5 weeks later and the receptionist took a message noting she would get the estimate right out to me. Nothing- so I called again about a week later, spoke to Mike himself- he just stated he had not got to it yet, and he would be in touch. I never heard from them again. I was planning on using their services no matter what them estimate- b/c they are local and Mr. Reilly's parents were acquaintences with my in laws. I wasted 3-4 weeks waiting for an answer- before getting our plumbing issues resolved by another plumber.

I called Mike on a Friday morning and he returned my call immediately and had a team member at my house within a couple hours. The plumber was there and fixed the leak within an hour. He did a great job and cleaned up better than when he got there.

I have used this company for many years and have always found their work to be well done at a reasonable cost.

The leak ended up not being from my actual water heater. It was a pipe that connected to the water heater. They came and snaked it out. Everything is great now. They came and did the job. They did the inspection after and took care of it all.

EXCELLENT, ARRIVED ON TIME, FRIENDLY, BUT NOT OVERLY WORKED, AND GOT THE WORK COMPLETED, AND THEN CLEANED UP WHEN FINISHED. EASY AVAILABILITY TO CALL AN MAKE APPOINTMENT, THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.
