Prompt, professional, etc. Excellent, no complaints on my side although he probably had some about me due to condition of the fireplace!

They were awesome. She was wonderful. She got back to me on everything. I went out there and met up with her in the showroom. She was great and she took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. She gave me room to make my decisions. I called her when I was ready. When she did have somebody come out to do the job, they did a great job. They arrived on time. There were five guys on the job and they knocked it out. They were here at nine and they were gone by noon. By 11:30, they were packing up and leaving. It was beautiful. Just the fact that they orchestrated it with the people that they used often to do their work, I just wanted to give them a good recommendation. They were very good.

We did check them out beforehand and they were one of the few places that offered the EPA approved fireplaces. We were very specific in what we wanted but they did have a lot of choices in types of fireplaces like gas or electric or wood. Last time we were in they were crowded and we did have a hard time getting someone to wait on us. I believe the cost is reasonable.

All phases of our business with Reading Rock went smoothly from showroom to installation. The installer arrived on time, answered questions and provided a beautiful installation. One accessory from the factory required repair and this was done in a few minutes on 1/21/2013, six days later. All visitors to our home were conscientious and respectful, including the representative that made the precise measurements for the custom manufacturing of all parts. Please note that custom fabrication and shipping of the whole package required a few weeks, which was made clear at the time our order was placed.

The service that they gave us was wonderful. They did a fanstatic job. I would not go anywhere else. They stand by their work. They have an excellent product. They were so willing to help us resolve our problem.

They helped me pick a color that would go with what was already there. They figured out the amount I needed and delivered them. They even saved me 6% on the bill by telling the price was going up in a week and I could order them and they would hold them and deliver them when I need them. When we ran short because of extending the walkway they gave me a break on the price because of the size order.
