Description of Work: My furnace wouldn't work on a Sunday night. I called their answering service. The tech who got back to me was great. PATIENTLY and CLEARLY walked me through the process over the phone of finding the problem with the furnace.He kept asking me if I was willing to continue with his instructions or if I was uncomfortable in dealing with the motor and wires. It turned out to be a simple solution to the problem and the furnace was running about a half hour later..He clearly could have just scheduled an overtime service call. I've never had a heating/ac co. do this before.
