+ -1 moreAfter we complained to Angie's list about the LACK of PROFESSIONALISM of their workers they sent year after year, they sent a more competent team that, apparently, solved the problem. I recommend them to do that timely, before the damage becomes irreversible.
Description of Work: After 7 years of leaks and UNPROFESSIONAL teams sent, the company finally fixed the problem.

+ -1 moreWe called to tell them about the leak that occured one week after their man came. We could not talk with the manager until we used ANOTHER PHONE, but he (BOB) did not answer our concerns.
Description of Work: This company has put the roof (duro last) on my home in 1995. Immediately after, we had lots of problems. Some of them have been fixed, others have not. The roof has been put so UNPROFESSIONALLY, that they clogged some downspouts and the roof has horrible ponding water problems. Leaks were a common occurence ever since. They sent some people from time to time (BUT NOT EVERYTIME WE CALLED THEM) to fix the problems during the warranty period, but nothing was practically fixed. This is the WORST QUALITY company that we have EVER dealt with. Last Thursday, Feb 28, they sent another one of their "professionals" to fix the leak in the same spot for over 7 years. But after the March 6 snow storm (so one week after the RAINBOW ENTERPRISES "professional" "fixed" the problem, the water came pouring down on our hard wood floor as NEVER BEFORE. I think that that the wooden deck on the roof and the cover of the ceiling (which is a special kind of material to suit the radiant heating, that we have) are terribly damaged by the INCOMPETENCE of these people.

Description of Work: Can't get these people to call me back. I have left voice mails for their representative and emails from their web site requesting roof repair estimate. Their web site promises a free estimate within 48 hours, but I can't even get them to call me back! I know that it has been a busy spring with all of the rain, but here I sit ready to pay about anything to fix my problem and they won't even acknowledge my call. Maybe they are out of business or the rep is sick?
