CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BUT THE UNIT HAS BROKEN 3 TIMES ALREADY AND HAS BEEN BACK IN THEIR REPAIR FACILITY FOR 4 WEEKS NOW. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING EXCEPT BATTERIES OR ELECTRONIC MEDIA FROM THEM. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK, AND REPAIR/REPLACE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. TO DATE NO WAY TO SATISFACTORILY ADDRESS PROBLEM WITH SUBSTANDARD EQUIPMENT UNDER WARRANTY. THE DISTRICT MANAGER DID AGREE TO EXCHANGE THE FAULTY UNIT FOR STORE CREDIT (GOOD). BUT, THE STORE MANAGER INSISTED ON SELLING THE OLD MALFUNCTIONING UNIT IN AN EFFORT TO CUT HIS COSTS (BAD). DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A VERY TRUSTWORTHY ACTION, AND I WOULD HATE TO BE THE PERSON WHO BUYS THAT RCA DVD/HOME STEREO SYSTEM, EVEN AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE.
Description of Work: PURCHASED AN RCA 300-WATT DVD HOME STEREO SYSTEM.
