Quick Strip is a family owned and operated business with 25 years of experience. With a deposit we offer free pick up and delivery. We offer onsite work. We offer furniture restoration, architectural stripping, and refinishing, as well as, doorways and doors (interior and exterior), woodwork, molding, mantels, kitchen cabinets, floors, and all furniture. Prices vary depending on the type of work needed done. Call for more information. We are coveniently in the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

This is the second time I have used Quick Strip and I am still impressed with their services. Cheryl was very prompt and professional as she was the last time. I have my door back minus the paint, within less than 2 weeks. Their name says it all! Thanks Cheryl and Quick Strip!

Quick Strip did an excellent job stripping 3 doors for me. They picked them up on Saturday and I had them back in a week. Cheryl was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I love the way my doors look and can't wait to get the poly on them. I will definitely hire Quick Strip again for some of my other projects.

They did an outstanding job removing all traces of the old paint and finish. The wood is ready to be painted or stained.

Description of Work: They stripped two exterior doors and the moldings around the doors on a 110 year old house. They did a superb job. They were recommended to me by a specialist in this kind of work who was too busy to take on my project. I was delighted and would use them again. The stools were picked up at my house. Refinished nicely within one week and delivered back to my house. Very convenient.

PROS - They pick-up and deliver the furniture. The finished product is good. CONS - We had the entire suite done and it came back beautifully. Then after a month or so, everything started bubbling up (veneer was detaching). Dave had mentioned the pieces were unusually dried out, but started to fix the bubbling up problem, one piece at a time. Unfortunately, this took over a year and w/ no proactive communication on his part. I'd frequently call (every 2-3 weeks) w/o returned phone calls and promised delivery dates came and went w/o so much as a courtesy phone call. I know the job was a pain for him that made little, to no, money once all was said and done, but it was horrible for us. I would not use him again nor recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I had an entire bedroom suite refinished by Dave. This included dipping the 1930s pieces, repairing (where necessary), staining and refinishing.

Customer was told that the furniture she purchased with the house was damaged. Customer wanted it done anyway, I did what I could do to help the problem, It was not cost effective Customer wanted furniture done from the same house that had ruined the other furniture so I gave her another company's name. And you can see from the next evaluations I am very good at what I do. I never look at these comments so I just seen this today when I was updating my listing 12-22-2012 Thank you very much Dave Hendeson

DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF STRIPPING THE PAINT OFF OF THESE OLD PINE DOORS. NOT A SPECK OF PAINT WAS LEFT, AND THE DOORS APPEAR TO BE IN FINE CONDITION. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE CONVENIENCE OF PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OF THE DOORS. A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF, GIVEN THAT THEY DON'T HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE, BUT IS VERY RESPONSIVE IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS, CALLING YOU TO ARRANGE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY, ETC.
