I did my due diligence and obtained a few estimates and weighed the pros and cons. I chose Quality Comfort Home Services and I am glad I did! From the first phone call to Dana to set up the initial visit with Josh, who came out and did a thorough analysis and answered every question I had and then some. He didn't try to 'oversell' me, which as a salesman myself - appreciated. I then pondered both estimates over the weekend and awarded the install on Monday morning. By that Thursday, Brian and Nick were out to do the install. All went very well and I am very satisfied. Overall, the value for the actual furnace, warranty (both labor and parts) and their 5 year maintenance warranty (included in offer) tipped the scale. The follow-ups were spot on and they just did what they said they were going to do - on time and on budget. Thank you all!

We put in a service call because we woke up one morning to a 58 degrees house. They came out that afternoon and Josh did his investigation of our furnace. He gave me his diagnosis and let me know that he could price up two options: replace parts or replace the furnace. Josh didn't try to sell me on the new furnace and actually went to the store to get my replacement parts that day and said he could have it fixed in an hour. But, unfortunately they did not make the part needed for our 32 year old furnace and ended up having to have it replaced. We got a another number from a different company and Quality Comfort was a good deal cheaper. They were able to come back the following day and installed our new furnace in 6 hours and we were out of the cold! No one wants to have to replace their furnace $$ but, I highly recommend Quality Comfort because of their professionalism and giving me advice best of a home owner not as a client. I ended up buying the parts on Amazon. They cost $390. I have dealt with them probably 3 or 4 times. They are quick to respond. They have so far done a good job of diagnosing things and getting them fixed. I first used this guy before when he was by himself. I’ve got some rental properties so I am always looking for a good deal. He was a good deal then. Now he has got an employee or 2, so he having to charge full price now. He is slightly cheaper than another company. I would say average of your smaller contractors.

This service provider went above and beyond the call of duty at every step. The initial technician worked very hard trying to make our old unit work, including an attempt to track down used parts to fix it. No one had done that before. It was determined that we would need to purchase a new furnace. That was installed, but soon started to malfunction like the old unit had, because the problem was in the wiring of the house, not their unit. However, these folks came back over the course of two subsequent days, installed additional equipment at no extra cost, and absolutely did whatever it took to make certain that it functioned correctly when they were finished. I would give this company's professionalism and attention to detail the highest commendation, and would recommend them to anyone desiring great customer-service oriented HVAC work. Thank you very much for all the head-scratching hard work to sort out and solve the problem. It was great working with all of you.

The technician was amazing - very personable and informative. I had to be at work so he wrapped up some general service and cleaning of the AC unit after the repair. I was expected bad news (like a new AC compressor) but it was just a replaceable component that Josh has on his truck. The experience was excellent and I opted to sign up for an annual service plan to have them come out twice a year to inspect, clean and service any necessary components. They are highly recommended and great to work with!

Excellent. Unlike other HVAC companies they called to schedule the spring tune up since it is part of their annual service. Excellent pro-active service.

This organization is very professional. The office manager, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work crew was great and very courteous. They got here on time and did the work in the time they allotted for it. Their price was the best of the estimates I rec'd and they threw in a fall and spring tune-up for free for my whole heating and cooling system. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I went downstairs and noticed water coming out from underneath my furnace. I called Ryan and he was more than willing to listen to my concerns and then give feedback on what he thought the problem might be. He came over the same day and was very professional. He wore bags over his boots to make sure he did not get my floors dirty and was very knowledgeable about heating and air. He found out quickly that the problem was my condensation pump. He had the parts in his truck and fixed it immediatley. Although it was a not a big job, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Ryan back for any minor or major heating/air services I will need in the future. His prices and service exceeded my expectations and he even followed up with me later in the week to make sure everything was going smooth! It is rare to find the customer service Ryan provides these days and age, do not hesitate to give him a call!
