Properties Plus Home Remodeling

Description of Work: We had Dave quote us on resurfacing our traditional red brick fireplace with a high quality stone veneer. He also built a custom wood mantel to go over the fireplace.

Description of Work: I got a bid from Properties Plus, two months ago.

Description of Work: After recovering from two strokes in 2006, Dave Loesing of Properties Plus worked closely with my wife and me to design a handicapped acceessible Master Bedroom Suite. Our home was 32-years old at the time, but we still had children at home, and loved the home's location. Dave's concept design was cost effective, incredibly functional, and included the use of innovative and tasteful features, custom cabinets, and a unique walk-in closet design with beautiful, yet practical access, for someone in a wheel chair. Because of Dave's fine work, Properties Plus also updated the deck off of our second-floor Master Bedroom Suite; installed new garage doors and openers; and painted the entire home, inside and out. More importantly however, as empty-nesters in 2009, we downsized to a handicapped accessible ranch and, rather than have our builder provide a "standard deck" we asked Dave to once again provide a few custom deck designs for our consideration. His alternative proposals were not only cost-effective, but unique for our new development. Once we settled on a design, Dave took care of everything, the permits, the required timely inspections by local officials, etc. The Properties Plus Teeam executed Dave's proposal to perfection, completing the entire 24 x 20 raised and railed deck with gas hook-up for our barbeque in less than three days. Numerous new neighbors were equally impressed with the Properties Plus Team, the 100% maintenance free aspect of our new deck, and the cleanliness of the work site during the entire project. There is no doubt in my mind that Dave's professionalism created new potential clients in our new neighborhood for Properties Plus. I highly recomend Dave for all of your home-remodeling projects. Description of Work: David has helped us on 2 occasions. Most recently he rescreened our porch replacing old broken fix screens and he has also helped fix skylight leaks. We recommended Dave to our backyard neighbors and he did an outstanding job completely remodelling their upstairs main family bathroom. They were very satisfied.
