Mike was the commensurate professional. Because of scheduling issues with the contractor performing the kitchen remodel, we had to retain the services of an electrician that could meet a very short lead time. Mike agreed to perform the work with less than 10 days notice and do so with great professionalism. He communicated well, kept me updated with timing and provided a clear explanation of what he was going to do and a simple to understand estimate which he abided by. Prior to the work, he took the time to walk me through exactly what the alternatives were and offered sound advice on how to address installing a new dedicated circuit to handle the new appliance to be installed. During his on-site work, the contractor need additional work done that was not previously in the scope of the services we had agreed to. The additional work included installing an additional outlet below the stove in an island for the new exhaust fan and stove to be installed in the same day. Without any issues he agreed to do the work and provided a fair price for the additional unscheduled work. He was on time, kept the work space clean, worked well with the other trades, was on budget and easy to work with, I would use him again and have referred him to friends who are in need of an electrician.
