Ron came by to review our needs and he was very thorough with his inspection and recommendation. He was up to date on all of the fire codes and knew the equipment well. He came back for a second visit to make sure he had all the information. We are not yet ready to do a system upgrade, as our system is still working, but we will consider using Pro-Alert when the time comes.

Ron is a top notch security alarm professional. He upgraded my existing alarm system. He checked everything to make certain it was installed properly and made adjustments as needed. He explained and demonstrated how the entire system operates and answered all my questions. This is a very affordable company and the peace of mind it brings is priceless. Ron was outstanding to work with along with being very knowledgeble and professional. He sat down with me and explained the entire process and proceeded to personally install the system. Beyond the basic installation , he explained a wide range of security issues and was very personable in doing He really proved his worth even more later as he followed up on a very timely manner on two later issues that occurred through no fault of his own. Fantastic!! Ron Baumann, the owner, came to our house to give us an estimate for a whole house security system, with motion sensors,. He gave us an estimate, and when we had additional questions, he came back out to discuss them with us. After accepting the proposal, we were notified quickly about an install date. Ron came out last week to install they system...his work ethic is outstanding! After eight hours of work the system was in place and he then showed us how to use it...another hour of his time. We appreciate his diligence and would highly recommend his company to others looking to install a security system.

I contacted Ron Bauman and he promptly returned my call. We set up a date for installation and he called the day before to confirm. Ron was at our home from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., doing the installation himself and checking each window and door, as well as the sensors. He reviewed the instructions with us thoroughly and sent us follow-up instructions with our invoice. We were very impressed with Ron's thoroughness, attention to detail and his patience with us.

We felt very comfortable with Ron and would trust his integrity and honesty. We appreciate the fact that he drove a long way to give us an estimate. We did choose another company, but our decision was in no way a reflection on Ron or his services.If for any reason the company we did choose does not work out, we would definitely contact Ron again.

The provider arrived on time to look at the present security system, and spelled out what he would do to install a new system, and stated the price for the combination of labor and materials. I signed the contract, and an approximate date was set to do the work. The provider kept in touch to schedule the job, and worked steadily to get it done. He showed me how to use the software to control the security system, and scheduled another check of the securuty system the next day to be sure that everything was working.

As already noted, the job went very well and I feel safer with the system installed. Ron Bauman is great to deal with. My dogs tripped the system off and I got an immediate call from the dispatcher. NIce to know that it is as advertised.

They were prompt in replying to my inquiry and had answers to all my questions over the phone. Accomidated my schedule with a Saturday visit for quotation. They were not pushy into equipment/services I did not desire. The install went well, although my wife commented that the technician went through the equipment operation a little to fast for her. So far the equipment and service is working fine.

Our request on the internet was answered almost immediately.The security consultant set up a convenient appt. to go over his services. He returned to complete the service promptly. His monitoring fees were less than we had been paying. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and let us know alll that was available and let us make a decision that was right for us.

Ron was extremely easy to work with. He was flexible in scheduling our meetings and the installation of the system. He thoroughly explained the new system and went over all of the functions after installation. I got estimates for updating and monitoring my system from my previous security company and another local company and Proalert's price was the best value.

After we received several estimates, we decided to go with ProAlert because it is a local company and had the best price. Ron was extremely professional and courteous and was actually able to come install our system on very short notice. He spent several hours explaining to us how to use the system and the online access and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We are very pleased with the installation and service.

I originally contacted the company through email, and Ron responded very quickly. He answered several questions, then I had him come over to see my current system and give me a price to convert it to a cellular system with smartphone access. I plan to cancel my landline so I needed a security system that doesn't use the phone line. He answered all my questions, and was the most reasonably priced of the 4 companies I contacted. I signed the contract on Friday, and he was able to install the new system the following Monday. It took about 2 hours for the installation, and he made sure I knew how to use the system before he left. He was able to use my existing motion detectors and door sensors, and reprogrammed my 2 key fobs. He installed a new keypad and alarm panel. I also mentioned Angie's List, and got 3 free months of monitoring. This company bills in 6 or 12 month cycles, not monthly. The cost quoted above includes the installation, new keypad and alarm panel, and 6 months of monitoring. I was very happy with how the process went, and Ron was very patient with all my questions. I definitely recommend ProAlert.

We interviewed (in person and over the phone) several security alarm service providers including Vector, Vivent, ProtectAmerica, DialOne and a few do-it-your-slef companies. We chose Proalert and Ron Bauman - he had the best service, product, and the price, and was completely no-pressure, taking the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. He also offered the best price for the monthly monitoring service and the equipment price over the 3-year service agreement (which is now standard with all alarm instal companies). Ron spent a good 3 hours with us on a first meeting, looked over our home and went through the options for securing it against burglaries and fire, answering all our questions patiently. Upon agreeing on the best solutions for us, Ron emailed us with the proposal and upon our acceptance, returned to sign the contract and set the instal time for the following Monday. Ron arrived punctually and took an entire day to hardwire and install a complete system, including, door, window, smoke and motion. We are happy with the product, service and the price. When looking at these systems we discovered that they are not inexpensive. We researched the bajezus out of the options and Ron was the best in price (instal and monitoring), quality of product (Honeywell) and cordiality. To have a piece of mind, afterall, is priceless! Thank you Ron and we highly recommend Proalert!

The evauation was very thorough and the recomended system was "right on" to meet our needs. He came back and installed the system just 2 days after signing the agreement. The installation was very professionally done. Ron did it himself and took a whole day to complete. It was very thourghly done with no rushing or cutting corners. He modified the plan based on some last minute requests on our part. He located some of the components per our requests-some of which made the installation more complicated. After completing the installation, he customized the alarm programing per our requests. He then took considerable time exlaining and demonstrating how the system works. We have a lot of confidence in the system based on his professioalism and extra effort to satisfy all our unique requests. You can get systems cheaper and more expensive than this, but you will be hard pressed to get a more professional and thorough installation. This is the best bang for the buck system, and you'll be able to sleep at nite and not worry when you're away.
