+ -1 moreI summed it up above. I would hire Rodney and his crew in a heartbeat. They are personable, more than competent, efficient, and did the work quickly. He explained absolutely everything and why it should, or needed to be, done.
Description of Work: Rodney did a significant amount of work on my PC, including running diagnostics on the hardware and ran malware, and adware scans. He found an incredible number of viruses and removed them all. He "cleaned up" up the PC for more efficient operation and updated necessary processes. He created a system restore point and answered questions thoroughly and in a manner easy to understand. I was having some problems signing on and he fixed that as well.
