Description of Work: Actually, I met with the owner to build a Web site for him, but I found him to be very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He's also a very nice guy, it was a pleasure working with him. He said he's been in business for more than 20 years in the Madeira/Blue Ash area of Ohio. My wife and I are planning to use him later this year to clean our carpets.

Description of Work: Carpets were very dirty as they are light colored. Pro Kleen pre-treated and then cleaned the living room, dining room, hallway and 2 bedrooms.

BRUCE VIOLAND, OWNER, CALLED ME BACK IN 5-10 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING A VOICEMAIL. CAME RIGHT OVER. EXTREMELY PERSONABLE, NICE, PROFESSIONAL. WHOLE JOB DONE IN LESS THAN 1 HR. VERY ACCOMMODATING & UNDERSTANDING REGARDING SICK DOGGY.
