I had a great experience with Pro Door. They came the same day I called, even though it wasn't an emergency (I was able to close the garage door manually). The owner himself, Jim, arrived. He fixed the door; he inspected, updated and improved the mechanisms on both garage doors, and he charged a reasonable price. And he's a nice guy to boot. What more could you ask? I'll use him again, definitely.

Jim is very professional, efficient, honest and trustworthy. He put in a higher grade door than was offered by other suppliers and it was put up ahead of schedule. It looks and operates beautifully. I highly recommend him!

My old garage door is now ready for winter and operating as good as new! They were prompt and friendly. The best part is that I called them on a Friday and the door was serviced by noon on the following Monday. There was one small issue. Angie's List states that this business accepts credit cards, which was my preferred method of payment. The company does accept credit cards, but charges an additional 5% to cover the credit card charges from the bank. It's a small company and I'm OK with this policy. I should have asked about using a credit card when I set up the service call. Had the amount due been more than several hundred dollars, this could have been a problem for me. At $160 I was able to write them a check. Great service! I highly recommend!

I needed a garage door, mine was old and falling apart. The bad part was that it had these two springs and stretched every time the door was closed. The springs kept breaking and one day I saw one of the springs resting on the ground outside of the garage. The spring had snapped and broke right through the garage wall and was now resting on the ground. I asked friends at work about garage doors and they suggested Pro Door. I called Jim Karle, the owner and he came over looked at the door on the same day. He saw the problem and told me that he would pull all the old construction out and install new rail, pulleys, plus suggested that I add windows to my garage door to make it look more aesthetic. I asked him how soon, and he said give me a week. He told me Greg (one of his workers may put the door in) A week went by and Jim called and we set up a date. Greg did indeed come over to install the door. Greg took his time and removed the door plus the old spring and the pulleys and the railing. He then installed, with new railings, pulleys and a spring with a safety mechanism that would last to 30,000 manual up and downs, and if it did break it would not bust through my garage wall again. In two hours he had the old door down and the new door up installed. Then after he was done he checked the entire system he put up.....because when he took the old one down he knew he could not put the new one up the way the old one was so he improvised and I am happy. And as we were talking looking at the new door you could raise with your pinky finger, he noticed the indentations in the wall where the spring had busted through the wall and proceeded to fix both spots on the wall where the spring had broken before........no charge! I'm impressed with the service, the door and the extra mile that Greg went to, to fix my garage. I asked how they get their business because they don't advertise and he told me word of mouth, and their customers keep coming back. And I can see why!

Contacted on Monday morning (day before New Year's Eve) and they were there that afternoon. Repairs done quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

In a funny turn of events, I wasn't really looking for any work to be done, but I was looking for a wholesale supplier that has a similar business name. Called Jim by accident. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Its not everyday that you come across someone so honest and pleasant. Will definitely pass him name on in my community. THANKS JIM!

It went great. Both springs on our garage door broke with a car stuck inside (that we needed for work the next morning). We called about 4:30 and they were able to come out that evening, diagnose the problem and replace the springs, all within a couple hours. He also greased (something I don't know) and now it runs quieter.

Prompt service, with good communication on arrival time. Great service. They explained everything to me and advised me on how to take care of the whole system to keep my garage door in good working order.

It has been a month working excellent.

At estimate I got good advice about matching my needs/wants with the installation with an eye towards minimizing cost. Work was performed within the time frame promised . The worker (owners son) should up when promised and worked very professionally. Clean up after was meticulous. Very Happy

Called on Tuesday and Jim gave me a price over the phone. I said OK and made an appointment for Thursday. The service man called on Thursday and gave me a time. Showed up on time and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. Very happy with the experience. Will have them come back to do my other door.

I've used ProDoor for a few years, at my business. This most recent job was part of a gift for my favorite uncle, making some improvements to his garage to be more of a "man-cave". As always, I was very pleased with Jim's demeanor and his workmanship, and will continue to use him for both business and personal garage door service.

They were very good, very quick to show up, very reasonably priced and very professional. We would rate them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We were sure that our garage door opener would need to be replaced. Jim came in, looked over our unit and was able to make a few adjustments and had the unit working again.

Smooth. After talking to several different companies, we chose Pro Doors. Door was installed on our agreed upon date and time. Installer noticed that the old door was hung improperly and moved the hanging hinge forward to allow for the new door to open more efficiently. Installer also took the time to show me how to release the door in case of a power outage and how to make sure it is locked.

Pro Door did a great job. Jim made sure we could use our garage door, and told us he would try to fit us in the next day, or he would come the following day. He came the following day. He called in the morning with an estimated time then showed up right on time. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. One note: his entry in the list says that he uses subs. He has only one "sub", an installer who works only for him. Jim and his son have done our repairs.

FANTASTIC! I would hire Jim again. In fact, I won't have anyone else work on my garage door! I have already recommended him to several friends. He answered his phone first thing on Monday morning and told me he might be able to fit me in that day but if not he would call at 8:30 AM on Tuesday. At 4:45 Monday night he called to see if it was OK to stop by and do the job and that it would take about an hour. It took him 40 - 45 min.

Jim Karle the owner called before arriving and very quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs.

Jim was very responsive to my phone calls and the most reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the level of service and quality of the installation. We will definitely use them again.

It was a very good experience. They came when they said they would. They removed the old garage door opener and tract. They installed the new opener and key pad. Then they showed us how to use it.
