+ -1 moreThe company was overall fair. The attention to details and finishing of the project was poor. Communication was lacking. Towards the end of the project, everything took multiple phone calls and/or letters for action to be taken. They never did finish the project to our liking. I spent the last year and a half trying to get them to address our concerns. Even non-payment of the final amount owed seemed to not concern them. Unfortunately for us, the final amount owed is far less than what it would take to complete the swimming pool properly.
Description of Work: Contracted to build a granite in-ground swimming pool.

+ -1 moreThese guys were horrible. John seems to be only interested in building new pools. His service people were incapable of recommending the right size filter (they wanted to put in one that was twice as large and twice as expensive as what I really needed.) Their repair work was akin to guess work with no real thought, or reason seemingly going into their work. I changed companies and will never go back.
Description of Work: I used this firm to open my pool this spring and do other repairs.
