Description of Work: This company was hired to replace toilets, and Bill (???) scheduled to come out on Wed. 12/7 at 12.00 PM. He did not show up until 1.00 PM and then left a message if he can come the next day at 12.00 PM. Even on next day, he showed up with an assistant at 8.00 PM. Wasted about another two hours of my time, (Waste of a total of 10 hrs. of my time), and could not fix anything. Promised to come back on Friday promptly at 9.00 AM. Called me at 10 AM saying that he can't make it. When I told him that he will get a bad review, the written response from him was "No Biggies." Completely unprofessional. I would not hire Plumb Tree again, EVER.

I apologize for what you are explaining was your experience ---- as we certainly wouldn't ever want to treat anyone the way you are explaining, but I am nearly 100% positive that you have mistaken us with another company that must have come to your home. I am sure this is a simple error, but I wanted to make sure you realized this was not Plumb Tite. We have never been contacted by you per our records, been out to your address (we have record of every single address and appointment, which we keep electronically stored in several different programs we use for both scheduling and dispatching), have no tech even remotely close to this name or demeanor, and I can assure you if you told one of our techs that you were going to submit a poor review of the company or of their work, they would have immediately put you in contact with our office so that we could help to find a solution to the problem. We have looked further at both times you have listed on this review, 12/7 and 12/12, at the times listed and there isn't any job we went out to during these days at all that even remotely resemble what you are describing. Again, I truly apologize that you had to go through an experience like the one you describe above, but this simply was not Plumb Tite who performed any work and I believe our history and reputation would support this. Thank you and I would love to try to earn your business next time you have a plumbing problem!

I hired Bill, with Plumb Tree Company to replace a section of the main drain of my residential home. Cost about $2,200 to dig up and replace a 6' section of 4" pipe. The job seemed to have went well. They made some unnecessary mess but that is not my issue. The problem was about a month later when I noticed the newly installed pipe (with clean-out) had broken at the Tee. I called Bill and he explained that it must have been a "bad tee" and would dig it back up and replace it as soon as he could. After numerous calls he finally called me back and set a date to fix it. He then no-called, no-showed on the date arranged. I've called him many time since and now he doesn't even return my calls. I highly advice you avoid any and all business with this company as everything out of his mouth is worthless. Still waiting and calling over 6 months later.
