Called Plumb-Tite on February 18th, 2014 and had them come out to give me an estimate on a leak that was coming from the bottom of my tub. They took a thorough look at it and said that a repair was doable. They were professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a price on would it would take to repair the leak. I chose them because of their professionalism and the fact that they actually came out and looked at the job before quoting me. There were other plumbing outfits that I called and basically didn't want to come out and give me a quote on the job. These other outfits just quoted me on the phone. As a consumer, I really appreciate when a company actually sends a person/s out to look at the job so that they and myself know exactly what needs to be done. I talked with Plumb-Tite and they scheduled the work to be done they very next day. Steve showed up and took care of business! He removed the bad piping and replaced all with new piping. My tub had been leaking like that for years and we put the repair off because we always thought we would need to get a new tub based on all the build-up of calcium and rust deposits on the bottom of the tub drain. The piping access was really tight but Steve knew what he was doing and he took care of the leak. Steve replaced all the piping in regards to the tub including new piping for the overflow in the tub. No leaks and it even drains faster. Steve you did a d*** good job. Thanks Plumb-Tite. And thanks for actually coming out to give me a free estimate and looking at the job first.

I had to wait several days to get them to my home and by the time they arrived I was at the end of my time period for repairs. They charged me $500 to fix three faucets. This did NOT include any welding and simply required a rebuild of the bibs. I would not recommend them as they are very expensive. The tech was polite but tI think the owner must be a greedy guy. He knew I needed the repairs for the home inspection as his brother did some other work at the house and referred me. I would avoid this company.

Line had annually been a problem and would back up kitchen waste into our main bathroom tub. The line was re-sloped, and connected properly to give us a perfect drain line and peace of mind. Dan, was professional, informative, and helped educate us on the deficiencies of our old system, and why the new system would work more efficiently. We will definitely use them in the future. This was the fourth plumbing service company we had used and we wished they would have been the first.

I was referred to Plumb Tite from my home warranty company. I was hesitant at first to have the contractor come based on poor rating on Angie's list. The contractor, Donnie, came on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He had to come back because I had to order a replacement kitchen faucet. I was impressed with Donnie because he had remembered the repair work around the bath tub, and offered to take a look again to make sure that the leak had been fixed. The company may have been a poor performer in the past, but Donnie is a good plumber. I would ask for Donnie if I need a plumber in the future.

This was a terrible experience. We went through our home warranty company who selected this contractor. It took them three days to respond to an emergency work order that should have taken 4 hours. Anytime you call them you get a voicemail system and they are very slow to return phone calls, if at all. They were an hour late showing up the day of the appointment. The plumber was dipping and spitting into our sump pump area, which was unprofessional. They were not able to seal the sump pump area because of water in the basement and said they would come back out to do it. It took them three weeks to get back out to this. I would definitely not recommend them or use them again.

BRUCE CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY, AND HE CAME IN ON TIME, REPAIRED THE LEAK AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
