Discovered a leak in kitchen wall that had run down the length of a cabinet, filled the bottom of the cabinet and was dripping onto the counter. Called Plumb Tite at around 4pm and someone was out to assess the leak a short time after. Plumb Tite quickly located a discrete leak from the bathroom shower above that was seeping behind caulking. While the shower faucet will ultimately need to be replaced due to corrosion, Plumb Tite was able to stop the leak with a simple tightening. I'm thankful for the quick response and honest assessment. The temporary, simple, cost-effective fix allowed us to turn our water back on. Another company could've easily torn apart a wall, our tile, left us without water for the evening or even weekend and charged us hefty after-hours fees. I will definitely use Plumb Tite for the replacement of those faulty faucets and for additional work.

We've had good and bad experiences. They had been out twice trying to repair a water heater. When they came out the second time, they charged us for the same service. My husband complained and they did refund that because it was exactly the same. When they left, it started doing the same thing. They said they didn't have to refund it but they would. It was 2-3 months between the service calls but it was the exact same problem. Both times they didn't fix it. We didn't have them replace the water heater because the price was quite high. We had used them before for regular plumbing and they did fine. We'd had success with them before.

Fantastic! I needed my ice maker water line hooked up to my new fridge/freezer. Sure Best Buy could do it for about $140, but they would just unroll some copper tubing and put on a saddle valve (which has to be cleaned out every 2 years and dissolves in 8-10.) I wanted a plumber. Another plumbing/appliance repair company in Erlanger was rude, surprised me with a saddle valve to install for $349 when they showed up, then left me in a lurch when they walked out. (For the record I am not a yeller. I have worked in retail for half my life and know how to get my point across to an angry customer civilly.) Plumb Tite was awesome. Plumb Tite was professional and understood the urgency. After the reasonably priced the estimate (only $210), I said, "Do it." and he went to his truck, got the parts, soldered on an actual water valve under the sink, and was done in 1.5 hours. I will always call Plum Tite first from now on.

It all worked pretty well. They were able to do all the transactions via e-mail and phones so, it worked that well. They've been out there and they're the ones I worked before. I have used them several times. They've done work. They cut time when they had to. They eliminated services that they didn't have to do. They didn't force anything on the extra work. They explain what they're doing. I liked them.
