Originally contacted Plumb Tite on 11/30 to inspect a faulty water heater. They were able to replace the water heater the next day. During the inspection process they noticed that the internal pressure of the incoming line from the street was excessive. They were able to install a water pressure regulator at the same time as the water heater. Was very satisfied with the work done on the water heater and regulator, so I decided to have them replace the main water shut off valve on 12/27 due to it seizing up. Plumb Tite is prompt, professional and their prices are in line with the market.

Have used them twice on separate jobs done within the last year, excellent work and service. Scheduling an appointment was easy, customer service is outstanding, and highly professional throughout the entire engagement. Cleaned up when they were done, couldn't ask for a better experience.

My plumber provided excellent quality service. He was prompt, explained what needed to be done, cleared the drains and cleaned up. He was friendly, caring and immediately let me know he was vaccinated as I am also. I appreciate his hard work!

During our Kitchen remodel, it was determined that a drain from our 2nd floor needed to be relocated to accommodate our cabinets. From the first call to Plumb Tite to the end of the project, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive to my needs, and identified the best solution. The gentlemen that performed the work treated me like a friend and neighbor, and listened to my needs and performed their work in a professional manner. They suggested a solution and told me what was being done every step of the way. When finished, they cleaned up, checked their own work, and were on their way. Wonderful. The pipes are correctly saudered and the leak has stopped so we can finally get rid of our mold. They were punctual and professional. Didn't caulk around the new faucet is my only complaint but everything else is awesome.

The plumber identified the issue but did not seem like he wanted to go into my crawl space to fix the issue. He said he would have to tear up the floor in the bathroom to fix. He said he would give me a quote, but I never heard back from them. It was a complete waste of time and the plumber did not wear a mask in my home. It’s extremely concerning he felt it was okay to show up to another’s home and not respect us enough to have a mask while he was in my home.

I used them before and they were good. Now they install a kitchen faucet but the price is doubled.

I am very pleased with the professional work that was performed by Chad. I will hire him again in the future. Hight recommended!

Tom from Plumb Tite always does a great job! I have a home that had a 40 gal gas water heater in the attic, with not much space to operate in. He was able to find a 40 gal shortboy that gave him more height to put the piping to the flu in correctly. Tim did a great job explaining my options, performed the work quickly and cleaned up the area afterwards. I appreciate the effort and the professionalism. Thank you Tim and Plumb Tite!

Three drains were cleaned. Two were successful and one was unable to be cleaned because the line had broken. I was very pleased with the effort and results.

Excellent work by a very courteous and knowledgeable plumber!!..Perfect fix and removed a non-functioning part that was part of a recall...He called the manufacturer and ordered a "free" replacement for the pressurized toilet tank which I will have installed after the current tank quits...I will be calling Plumb Tite back for any further plumbing issues...

The service with Plumb Tite was excellent. Every time I called someone answered the phone quickly, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was shocked with the speed of their response after I submitted a request and they even got someone to our house later the SAME DAY for an estimate, with the repairs being completed later the same week! Donnie was friendly, prompt, and did a great job. Would definitely hire Plumb Tite again!

I got a new electric water heater installed and an old gas water heater removed. Pros: - gave a free estimate before service and answered all questions - arrived on time - got the job done in 4 hours as promised Cons: - final price was higher than I expected for an average water heater installation with me providing the water heater. - detailed breakdown in the bill was not provided for items I got charged. Would be nice to see the itemized list and price for each.

Fast and he tested it several times to insure it was cleared. Told me why it happened and how to avoid in the future. (That impressed me).

Plumb Tite is first rate. From the terrific response on the phone to the on-time arrival of the technician to the smooth (and clean) repair...it is a great outfit. Bobby had all of the parts on his truck and he did a replacement of the insides of our toilet in about 30 minutes. Very well done and I feel like we were treated like valued customers. I’ll call Plumb Tite again!
