Arrived exactly when promised price was reasonable and work was done without mess. I recommended them to a friend and he also used then.

Work was done to complete satisfaction. Appointment was meet within assured time window with advance call to advise of pending arrival. Service rep was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Bobby W. was on time and courteous-was conscientious about preparation and making sure I was aware of all costs. I was surprised that he took such care to clean up after himself when the job was complete. He even removed my trash!

Darren was here early – was efficient, courteous, and overall very good. Knew what he was doing.

Bob was on time. Polite, surveyed the problem, gave us an estimate, we gave the ok, he did the work – and I very much appreciated that he explained and showed me where & what the problem was.

Saul was outstanding! Very personable, prompt, clean, explained everything up. He was informative, not pushy. Saul was awesome!!!

Arrived on time & completed job within the hour and on the same day I called.

Service member was on time an punctual for our appointment to fix some piping leaks. I was out-of-town, so only my wife was there. The plumber took about 30 minutes to repair the leak in the copper water pipe, and his work looked very professionally done. I also asked that he look at a leak we have on the pressure reduction valve. He told my wife there was no leak, so there was nothing for him to repair. I am not sure what he was looking at, but there is an obvious leak and now it is showing up on our inspection report to get fixed. The service he performed was very well done, but I thought the pricing was very steep at $244 for a 30 minute simple leak repair. I was also very disappointed with the above mentioned pressure valve situation.

They replaced the part and took care of the problem. They have a reasonable warranty and are very knowledgeable. If there are every any issues, they take care of them right away.

The job was done effectively and efficiently by Al. Had it fixed in less than a 1/2 hour. While there checked the water pressure coming into home and explained, very well I might add, what makes Plumb Tite different than other plumbing companies.

It went well. Darin was prompt and called prior to arrival. He left a detailed list of what he had checked and his suggestions. He offered to help if my husband called him if he had a problem doing what was suggested.

There was a leak under the sink and and they replaced the old pipes. They were very prompt and and everything was fixed in about 30 minutes. They left no mess to clean up and I will use them in the future.

The company called and scheduled the technician's arrival for between 6 and 9 pm. The technician called early and was able to arrive by 5 pm which made me very happy. He checked the leak and turned off the water so he could repair it. All in all it took him about an hour to take the handle off and replace a worn washer then replace it. The technician was very professional, courteous and friendly. I would use this company again.

I think it went well. Was a little concerned when tech pointed out areas where there might be an issue because of high water pressure only to be told later that the water pressure was normal. I did notice that there were some dirty tracks on carpet where machine was rolled up and down stairs. I think that the booties that are put on the wheels might be being reused and they are dirty to begin with.

The technician called when he was on the way to the home, as promised. He arrived and was very clean, presentable and professional. The technician listened to our problem, inspected the toilet and gave us an estimate to repair. We agreed to have the work done. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the technician had all the equipment needed to complete the job and did not have to go back to the office or to a home improvement store to purchase parts. The work was completed in a timely manner and the toilet is working perfectly. I would definitely use them again. I especially like the fact that there is no trip charge just to come to the home.

He was very professional. He tried to find ways to do the job without causing extra fees and charges. I would use them again

Install water tank Angie's list big deal per Plumb Tite was $225.00.I paid Angie's list the $225.00 and Plumb tite came on 1-14-15 the plumber took old tank out and installed new one then proceeded to put a expansion tank on the water line i said why do i need that, he said Hamilton County code says you do and the tank is $185.00 and the permit is$85.00 and i guess there was $4.00 tax which came to$274.00 plus the $225.00 i gave Angie List came to $499.00 He said a Hamilton county inspector would come later to check line.The last week of April my neighbor had a local plumbing company install a water tank i asked how much was the cost of the expansion tank and he said there is no code for one here because we have a open water line system here not a closed one i called his plumber and he told me that was right the code dose not call for it where we live.At this point it had been 3 going on 4 months and i had not heard from a Hamilton County inspector and told him nobody had showed up and they said i did not need the tank..So i called Hamilton County Public Health Plumbing Division and talked to the Dept.Head Shawn Moore he said there had no Permit been pulled for my address I told him i had paid $85.00 for it he said they only cost $50.00 then i wondered where did my other $35.00 go then he said where you live dose not require a tank at that point the inspector came to my house and said every thing was fine and said your system is a open one and i do not need a tank there is no code for it here.Plumb Tite returned my $225.00 and i was satisfied.They did a excellent job plumbing very good work they just do not understand the codes here.Shawn Moore said he called them twice to explain codes but Plumb Tite did not return his calls

Very, very well. Needed two follow ups to finish job, but each follow was super easy to schedule and totally free. Admittedly, it was a very weird problem, so I have no qualms whatsoever with it taking a couple of tries to finish it. Very accommodating of my schedule, and fast when they got to work. Would 100% recommend and have already done so.

They were very responsive and easy to schedule. The plumbers came out to give a free quote on installing a utility tub using the basement bathroom rough in. In the mean time, we discovered that we needed to add on an outdoor faucet. They were able to install both at the time of the quote. The plumber called ahead of arrival to make sure that we had purchased a utility tub. We wanted to pick out our own, but they were prepared to bring one if needed. They did a great job. We will definietly call Plumb Tite for future plumbing needs.

We called PlumbTite to give us an estimate the following week, checked out the problem, gave an estimate, which was considerably lower than the first bid we had, told us how long it would take. They were on time, work took the amount of time they said it would, cost was same as estimate. No problems with sink since.

Went well. Prompt & courteous. Responsive to suggestions. Cleaned up well after.

He came out and assesed our pipes, left his contact info for further service. He came on time and was very professional.

Plumb Tite does a great job. Skilled and professional. I find plumbing services in general to be outrageously over priced but that's life as we know it.

I would not use them again. I felt they were very overpriced for their service.
