I chose this company based upon Angie's List reporting. The tech arrived timely to analyze my drain problem. I paid $175.00 for this service. Tech indicated that he would contact me within a couple of days for an estimate. It has been a week and there has been no estimate or follow-up. I called their office on Tuesday and the receptionist stated that she'd look into it. It's Friday and I did not receive a follow-up call. Therefore, I contacted Plumb Tite again (today 5/4/2018) for an update. She indicated that the tech was not there and was off the weekend. I inquired as to what happened with the beginning of the week. A company is only so good as it's "customer service". While I was looking forward to hiring this company, I no longer have confidence in them doing any work for me. Of course, this would have been major work and thousands$$$$$....maybe they just couldn't handle it. Of well....next!

"We have refunded the customer's initial camera inspection work because she was absolutely right that the estimate she deserved was not given to her in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on being different and better and she deserved those things from us. Quite frankly we were like nearly every other company and took her business for granted, and I can assure you that this does not sit well with me and generated an immediate response that the technician that was at her home would be on probation and could not leave a singular customer's home without providing the solution on the spot no matter what. This is what customers deserve and this is what customers are going to get from Plumb Tite, I could care less how most contractors operate in today's environment where you have to beg for them to do their job --- we are not like this 99% of the time, but this time we were and I was ashamed that this happened to this customer. She has been terrific to work with in this process and even gave us the chance to win the business after the quote was submitted, so we cannot thank her enough for doing something she absolutely did not need to do. Although I am so sincerely sorry for this situation, I want to thank this customer for how truly wonderful she was to speak with after I got involved."

Our pipe leading to the outside of the house burst during the winter. We contacted Plumb Tite and were able to get an appointment on our desired date and time. Jacob arrived during the window they gave us of around 12-3. He was very professional and courteous, and gave us several options for us on how to fix it including prices. He quickly replaced our pipe and added another drain to help prevent our pipe from bursting in the future. Not sure how the price compared to other companies. Would definitely hire again!

The fixed went great, no leaks anymore, hope it'll stay for long The plumber, by accident, broke some tiles on the bathroom, it would have been nice if it was done perfectly, but it was purely an accident. so i will be calling another contractor to fix the tile & drywall.

Called Plumb Tite on Tuesday. They had an opening for the next day for a 2-5 window. Jacob called at 1:40, said he was on his way. Jacob was very professional. He wore slippers over his shoes (it was raining that day) so he wouldn't track anything in. He asked lots of questions so he could get a handle on the problem. He then explained everything he was going to do to figure out the problem. He did explain there would be an $85 diagnostic fee, which we were ok with. He figured out the problem pretty quickly. Thankfully, no cutting into walls was needed. We have lived in our house for 20 years, and have needed plumbing services over half a dozen times. We always put it off as long as possible, because everyone we used, we were never happy with. Next time, I won't hesitate. I would definitely ask for Jacob the next time we need plumbing work!

When cleaning out the kitchen drain, our basement floor drain failed and broke. It was original cast-iron. Plumb Tite repaired the floor drain after cleaning out the kitchen drain, and dealt with our insurance company. We're very happy with the finished product.

Inspection was very good. I was provided with a copy of the video as well. I required an inspection of the sewer line in a home I was looking to purchase. Inspector showed up a few minutes early walked me through how the sewer liner were laid out in the house and scoped the sewer line from the house to the street. He was very informative and professional.

After a headache with Rotorooter canceling on me twice. Plumb tite came out right when they said they would. John S. was extremely friendly and professional. He looked over how my plumbing was setup and got the clog removed in less than an hour and I had my shower back. He explained everything to me clearly and gave me quote before starting the work. John was great with my dogs too! Would definetly use them for any future plumbing work.

Good. Our plumber, Bobby, was very professional and made sure that the job was done correctly and we have had no problems since. The price was reasonable for the services performed as well. Our only issue with the company is that estimates are listed as free. Estimates are only free if services are performed. Several other plumbers do the same but do not list as offering free estimates which is honestly why we chose this plumber to begin with.

This is the best plumbing company there is. Very knowledgeable, Jacob located the problem immediately, made me feel confident, with his work. Took about 45 minutes to unclog the kitchen sink drain. .As a first time customer, I was ecstatic over the excellent service I received. The technician (Jake) was on time, very courteous and professional. The service cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Plumb Tite to a friend or colleague.

During the estimate initial appointment there was no mention of not repairing the wall behind the faucet area after the new ones were installed. I don’t think the plumber realized the walls were lath & plaster and the 4 hour estimate to do the work turned out to be 15 minutes less than 5 hours. I was advised of the non repair of the wall that day he started sledge hammering the tiled area. Due to the excessive hammering tiles not in the repair area were knocked loose and fell to the floor later that day. They are scotch taped back on the wall until I contact a contractor to repair the damage. When the company called the next day for their service satisfaction review I explained my disappointment. Later that day a supervisor did call back to apologize but stated it was not their policy to repair walls, the estimator was in error for not advising me of that policy and suggested that I contact a contractor to repair the hole and reattach the fallen tiles that had fallen. Extremely well! Friendly, efficient Ryan arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly, gave an estimate, and fixed the leak skillfully and correctly. It's the same outcome we've experienced with all Plumb Tite plumbers since we were lucky enough to find them several months ago. We highly recommend Plumb Tite to anyone. They're far superior to many of the highly advertised, high profile companies, many of whom charge to simply walk in the door and provide an estimate. Plumb Tite doesn't play games; everything is up front and consumer friendly. We'll never settle for surly, over-priced home plumbing service again.

Friday morning I noticed that the stationary tub was backed up from the drains that came from the kitchen. I called Plumb Tite and the earliest that they could come was Tuesday but offered emergency service and they would come between 8 pm and 11 pm that night (there was an extra $75.00 for this service) and I agreed. They also offered that they will send someone sooner if there is someone available. Steve arrived at around 10 pm and was very professional and quickly fixed the issue. My only issue was that I wished they had more availability but it was well worth the $75.00 to have the issue corrected that day.

I had Plumb Tite replace a garbage disposal and shower cartridge. I provided the parts for both replacements, so I only needed plumbing labor. It only took the plumber 80 minutes to complete the repairs, and I was charged $480. It seems that Plumb Tite uses some kind of fixed pricing model, and doesn’t discount when you make the job easy. For example, I replaced the garbage disposal with a compatible unit, so the existing mount under the sink could be used. This made the job much quicker, but I was charged the same price as any garbage disposal replacement they do. I was warned about the price after the plumber had arrived, but I had already spent hours of my afternoon waiting for the plumber, so I went along with it. I asked the plumber to call a manager to see if a discount could be applied, but the plumber insisted with a straight face that I was getting a good deal. I’m definitely having some buyer’s remorse here.

The Plumb Tite guys are my heroes. I was in a panic when I called. My main sewer line had clogged and I'd hired someone else over the weekend to fix it. Big mistake. That other company poked a small hole through the roots clogging my line, shoved a camera in there to show me the messy tangles, gasped and said, "oh my God" a few times, and told me my whole line absolutely needed replacement to the tune of $6,500. Something about the theatrics of it all didn't sit right, so I called Plumb Tite for a second look. They not only came the next day, but spent a couple hours clearing the tangle of roots that the other guys had left behind so we could get a good look at the pipe for an honest assessment. While my line is not perfect - terra cotta from the 70s - it's not anywhere near bad enough to replace. I also opted for a root killing treatment and with yearly maintenance I shouldn't have any further problems. What a blessing to find honest professionals. Plus they were less expensive than that first company who did such a shoddy job. Thank you so much for your kindness and ethical practices, Plumb Tite. Eric came to the rescue. We still need to select a new faucet, a casualty of the toilet (not kidding - it had gotten so bad that you couldn't turn the water off at the faucet at all and had to shut the main water supply down to keep the faucet from running constantly), and have it installed. He repaired the toilet and fixed the plumbing under the sink (another casualty of the toilet) I already called the office and told them I want Eric to do the installation as soon as I buy the hardware. These guys are great and I have found the only plumbing service I will be calling for future work.

Robert did an extremely thorough job explaining me the possible sources of the leak. After reviewing all of the possible sources, he recommended that the leak was small enough that it did not require a large repair. Just treat with KILZ paint and monitor it. He could have reset the toilet for $300, but he advised against it. I was so impressed at his patience in helping me understand the issue and making the best decision. In the end I had no major repair done and learned so much. Robert was an absolute pleasure ... I will use again.
