The people were courteous and professional. On-time, cleaned up after themselves. Just nice folks doing good work at a good price.

I tried to clear a clogged drain in my laundry tub myself and took apart the PVC pipes, but could not get them back together so they would not leak. The plumber came out and did put the PVC pipes together again so there was no leak. The charge was $220. However, there was standing water in laundry tub when he left. Clearly, the water was not draining. I called to complain and was told it would be two days before they could come back. Of course, I will have to pay another charge...

Went great. He even repaired a previous plumbers mistake. It was an all day job, as pipes In side the wall had to be replaced.

They were efficient, helpful and got out to our house quickly, much quicker than the other plumbing company we reached out was going to be able to come. Happy with the job - expensive, but I have no reference for how much this would cost elsewhere.

Given a cost of $243 for fixing leak and replacing wax seal. When Brandon pulled off the toilet, the subfloor was in terrible condition. He advised that the subfloor needed to be replaced and that replacing the wax seal now may or may not work. We knew we needed to remodel our bathroom soon anyway, so we decided to not have the repair made at this time. Brandon plugged the pipe for us (so no nasty smells) and only charged for a service call. I was very impressed with Brandon's honesty about our situation, and I value a business who does not try to take advantage of the customer. Thank you, Plumb Tite Plumbing! We will definitely be calling you for any of our future plumbing needs.

The service went very well, I was very pleased, I just like what they did on my bathtub, and The job they did was excellent and it was nice.

I called on 6/3 to schedule an appointment for an estimate to repair a water line break. I was told that I had the last 10-1 appointment window. When I didn't receive a call by 1, I phoned Plumb Tite. They couldn't find a record of my appointment. Upon investigation, it turned out that whomever entered my information typed my email address incorrectly. The (wrong) recipient of that email sent an email saying they didn't request service so they cancelled my appointment. It seems like that since I phoned in the appointment and they did have my correct telephone number, they should have telephoned me to verify whether they appointment was still needed or not instead of simply cancelling it. Now I am stuck without water and have to scramble to find someone to perform the service through no fault of my own.

I really didn't need the drain cleaned. John was able to troubleshoot the issue and discovered that with our hard rains and the size of my roof, the gutters, downspouts and drains could not handle the excessive water. He suggested that the drains be capped off and the water re-routed with a garden hose. I hadn't thought of that causing the issues. Thank you John!!!

Both the receptionist and the technician were very professional and courteous. The company is very focused on making sure you are happy and fully understand what your issues are. Experienced technician. The technician took pictures and time to explain what the problem was and followed up with pictures showing the problem was fixed. Great value, quality work, great customer service.

From the initial phone call for the appointment to the time the plumber left our experience with this company was outstanding. We needed a sewer inspection of a house we were potentially buying and Saul was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. We called other companies and they wanted to charge us a service call fee to just come out to the property but not Plumb Tite. They only charged us for the camera inspection. I wish more companies would be as generous as them. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again if another plumbing issue comes up. Thanks Plumb Tite!!

I called Plumb Tite because my water heater was no longer putting out hot water. They were very accommodating with my schedule and were able to send out their technician Ryan later that evening. Ryan did a thorough inspection of my water heater and offered me several options to resolve the issue, including repairing my current water heater and replacing it entirely. He explained all the options in great detail and although the repair was the cheapest option, he let me know that it would only be a temporary fix due to the age of my water heater and that I would run into the same issues later on. I appreciated his honesty with me and opted to have him replace my water heater, which he was able to do that same evening. Overall, I felt that both Ryan and Plumb Tite had my best interests in mind and were not trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I would recommend Plumb Tite to everyone and will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.

They would not give me a price over the phone. They said they would send someone out & would not charge for that. The guy came out much later than expected (around 9 p.m.) & then told me that it would be $300. I asked if that was the standard price for a toilet install & he said yes. Then I asked why they wouldn't tell me that over the phone. He had to call the office to check. I told him I didn't want to pay that much, & he offered a 10% discount, which I declined.

I read all the great reviews about PlumbTite here on Angie's list, so I gave them a call because I had a leak in my main water line and knew it needed to be replaced. They sent Saul over the next day, and the first thing he told me was that the line was made of copper, but since I had this one leak, I needed to replace the whole line because copper breaks down over time, and "once you've had a leak, you need to replace the whole thing." I knew this was BS immediately, but I played along for awhile. Finally, I told Saul that the line was made of Blue Max and that I knew the whole line needed to be replaced, so why did he tell me it was copper? He said, "I didn't look". Oh, OK. I proceeded to show him the job so that he could give me a bid. (I was willing to give this company the benefit of the doubt as to their credibility as long as I knew they would give me a fair price.) I told Saul I had heard about a method called Directional Boring, which meant that my entire yard would not need to be torn up. He said they could do that, but it would cost more. The following day, he sent me a bid for $10,775, which was the price to replace the line, but not including the Directional Boring fee. He promised he would update the quote once he knew that additional fee. He never did that, or followed up with me. By the next day, I had 3 bids in all; the lowest bid was for $5,900 (which included the Directional Boring and was in line with figures I got from my neighbors who had already had their Blue Max lines replaced). The second bid was for $9,500. Plumb Tite's was obviously the highest, at $10,775 +, and I could not figure out why. In the end, I went with the lowest bid, the work is done and am happy with the company I chose. Although Saul was polite and friendly, I was obviously not impressed with PlumbTite. If you get a bid from them, I would strongly recommend shopping around and getting other bids and a second opinion as to whether the work even needs to be done. I was not gullible enough to believe the entire line would need to be replaced if it was made of copper, but this seems like a company that would take advantage of someone's lack of knowledge. This is the first time I have been surprised and let down by a recommendation from Angie's List.

The guy who came said he couldn't figure out the make of the sink, so rather than trying to find the right part, suggested we just replace the whole thing. Which would have been MUCH more expensive for us.

I chose this company based upon Angie's List reporting. The tech arrived timely to analyze my drain problem. I paid $175.00 for this service. Tech indicated that he would contact me within a couple of days for an estimate. It has been a week and there has been no estimate or follow-up. I called their office on Tuesday and the receptionist stated that she'd look into it. It's Friday and I did not receive a follow-up call. Therefore, I contacted Plumb Tite again (today 5/4/2018) for an update. She indicated that the tech was not there and was off the weekend. I inquired as to what happened with the beginning of the week. A company is only so good as it's "customer service". While I was looking forward to hiring this company, I no longer have confidence in them doing any work for me. Of course, this would have been major work and thousands$$$$$....maybe they just couldn't handle it. Of well....next!

Plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to find a problem and fix it on the same day. Great work.

Our pipe leading to the outside of the house burst during the winter. We contacted Plumb Tite and were able to get an appointment on our desired date and time. Jacob arrived during the window they gave us of around 12-3. He was very professional and courteous, and gave us several options for us on how to fix it including prices. He quickly replaced our pipe and added another drain to help prevent our pipe from bursting in the future. Not sure how the price compared to other companies. Would definitely hire again!

The fixed went great, no leaks anymore, hope it'll stay for long The plumber, by accident, broke some tiles on the bathroom, it would have been nice if it was done perfectly, but it was purely an accident. so i will be calling another contractor to fix the tile & drywall.

Called Plumb Tite on Tuesday. They had an opening for the next day for a 2-5 window. Jacob called at 1:40, said he was on his way. Jacob was very professional. He wore slippers over his shoes (it was raining that day) so he wouldn't track anything in. He asked lots of questions so he could get a handle on the problem. He then explained everything he was going to do to figure out the problem. He did explain there would be an $85 diagnostic fee, which we were ok with. He figured out the problem pretty quickly. Thankfully, no cutting into walls was needed. We have lived in our house for 20 years, and have needed plumbing services over half a dozen times. We always put it off as long as possible, because everyone we used, we were never happy with. Next time, I won't hesitate. I would definitely ask for Jacob the next time we need plumbing work!
