Job went great, Jacob arrived on time, his price to install the softener was 175.00 cheaper than another quote we had received. Jacob installed the softener, we had a minor problem where we thought we were missing parts, Jacob waited while I called the softener maker and found the install manual parts list was incorrect. Jacob was able to finish the install and we are very pleased with the softener.

Great. Showed up toward the end of the appointment time. But the tech worked quickly. Fair price for the services rendered to fix leaky toilet. Would hire again. In fact, just scheduled with them for this week for them to come out and unhook/re-hookup our sink plumbing in the kitchen for our new counter tops.

Jacob came to complete the work, and everything went great. He was friendly, professional, and really knowledgable. He quickly identified the leak, fixed it, and completed the other jobs (including driving over 30 minutes to find the right softener) all in one day. He treated my home as if it was his own. I recommend Plumb Tite whole-heartedly for any of your plumbing needs.

They were a little uncertain about when they could arrive but for the most part, punctual. I was initially just asking for a repair but found I had to replace the water heater instead. I was a little incredulous about the price range they gave me and for a new water heater so I did some research and found out I could have gotten one much cheaper. Perhaps the extra cost was for installation. Ultimately I felt pressured into settling for the one we got but it's worked out fine, so far. Overall, their service was alright.

The whole process could not have gone better. Chad was a master technician plumber that was very laid back, and accommodated my requests. He was very low key, very detail oriented, fast and efficient. He was also very polite, and professional. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but plumbing work is not that inexpensive to have done. He and my flooring guy were both trying to get done with their work, and they both seemed to coordinate and accomplish what they needed done together well. I was just thrilled to find someone that was able to coordinate the uninstall and re-install of both my existing toilets for both of my bathrooms (only have 2) - with the flooring install. AND the best part was he was experienced in taking out old vanities (which he did both of ours) and reinstalling new vanities and one of the two vanity tops. He uninstalled the plumbing in the vanity, and re-installed the faucet and plumbing in one so far, and will be returning to hook up sink plumbing and faucet once the other vanity top gets installed from vendor I purchased top from. He also replaced the shut off valves on both toilets. I was thrilled he even asked which color caulking we preferred for the vanity - clear or white! He even caught a somewhat messy problem with a loose pipe in our wall and fixed that too that could have turned into a major nightmare down the road and could have cost us having to rip apart our whole bathroom! Could not have been happier with his performance as a plumber, and definitely will be using him in the future. I have already referred him to 2 of my friends/neighbors that need work done. Cost of work done was after an Angie's list coupon was used. Make sure if you use it (if still available) that you give it to Chad, or whoever does your work.
