It went very well. The clogged floor drain was particularly difficult, but the tech persevered until it was opened.

My technician, Brandon, was punctual and very polite. He called approximately 45 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price, and was able to replace my garbage disposal all in the same visit. He was thorough and cleaned up prior to leaving. I will definitely use this company in the future should I need a plumber.

I bought the toilet from Amazon Marketplace. The first time the plumber showed up, when we opened the box, we found the base of the toilet broken. But, they did not charge me for coming but not doing anything. The second toilet I unboxed prior to calling to schedule the plumber. He installed the toilet. It rocked slightly, so I found the grout we had used on the floor, and he grouted it in. Great job!

In sending my request through Angie's List I received a phone call within 15 minutes and made arrangements for someone to give an estimate the next week. Chad Wells who showed up for the estimate was very friendly and in going through the project it was clear he was professional, organized and knew what he was doing. I was extremely pleased when he said he would be doing the job. With something as important as a gas line I was wanted to make sure the installer would not cut any corners. The installation date was established around my schedule. On the day of the installation Chad was running late, but he did not rush the job which lasted until almost 7:00 PM. The installation was tricky in that he had to run 50' of CSST along floor joists in a finished part of the basement. In these cramped quarters he took his time and did a very clean installation .

I was well pleased with the service and quality of repair. The technician did an excellent job of repairing the under ground gutter pipe and replacing the existing sod. I would highly recommend their service.

The technician could have easily replaced the pump but said that he couldn't morally do it if it didn't need to be replaced. Very refreshing! So he performed a complete diagnosis on it and fixed a few items. I'm very satisfied with the technician's honesty and quality of work.

I couldn't have been happier with the response and the work preformed! I found a large puddle water in my basement on a Sunday morning and needed a plumber ASAP. I checked Angie's List and Plumb Tite was highly recommended. They didn't disappoint!! There is a service charge for weekend work. I had zero issue with the charge! It was cheaper than going to a hotel for the night. We had no water!! The leak was just above the main shut off. I would definitely use this company again.

$225 to snake the drain. $375 to pull the toilet and run snake thru it. Got a ball of roots. Still would not flow properly. This is where the price went to ****. To run a pressure washer to clean out the goop that was on the walls of the pipe there price trippled. I ended up paying $1170.00 for a pressure cleaning off the pipe. This was a ridiculous price in my opinion. It took about 30 minutes total for the pressure cleaning.

3 New Valves With CPVC Work! Did a Very Good Job! Asked questions every step of the way so not to miss anything with me! I Had Cut the Night before a little too much cpvc out so he also had to install just a little extra cpvc in for me as part of the work job i needed behind the kitchen sink, so did a proficiently Excellent Job! That I would always be glad to come back on my next Plumbing need to be done later! Thank You!

Mike arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Also taught me some basics of how to maintain the disposal and clean out the drains.

The work has turned out very well. I especially liked two things: (1) The company recognized the urgency of my problem and was able to find a Tech who could come a day early; and (2) the Tech took some time to explain how to fix the problem in the future and did a pressure check on my water supply. Overall the service was an A. I gave a B on price, because the price was about what I expected.

We originally called to have both bathtubs snaked due to slow water in both bath tubs. Our water is so hard they were unable to get the bathtub stoppers off because they were fused together. They told us they did not need snaked we just needed to clean out the plate in the bathtub and place a "basket" over the drain to catch the hair. This was the perfect solution and really cheap! They did say we had very hard water in Liberty Township and would greatly benefit from a water softener/descaler being installed. They were the 3rd plumbing company to tell us this. We liked them so much and our tech. Jake was so great we decided to have it installed. We also needed to have the "valve" changed in the master shower but because everything was fused from the hard water they had to cut a hole in the wall to fix it. I was not thrilled about this but it was better than tearing the tile up and they were able to leave a door in the wall for access for any future problems. Again Jake did a great job. He explained everything and gave us options. He cleaned up after himself and made hole/door in the wall as small and neat as possible. Definitely will use them again for any future plumbing issues.
