Plumb Tite is by far the best plumbing company I have ever hired. Their technicians have replaced all the turn-off valves and main water pressure valve in our home. They have installed a garbage disposal as well as recently replaced our old water heater. They are always on time, survey the job-at-hand and provide a quote for how much the work is going to cost. Plumb Tite has my vote for the best plumbing company in Northern Kentucky. I would not think of calling anyone else!

Excellent service. Dustin replaced a worn-out sump pump. He was on time, courteous, professional, and it was obvious he enjoyed his job, even though he had to work in a crawlspace. He had a great attitude which I really appreciated, especially in light of the fact that the previous plumber seemed less than thrilled to be there. I will definitely use Plumb Tite again as long as they send Dustin. The non-working sump pump was discovered during a kitchen renovation. I will be calling Plumb Tite when it's time to reconnect the kitchen sink, add a water line for the refrigerator ice maker, and install an instant water heater under the kitchen sink. Highly recommend.

I originally had them.to come out to fix a leak I had in the kitchen. They did such a great job, that I had them fix a problem I had in the bathroom on the same call. This is a great company and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. I recommend them to everyone.

Brandon, came to my home the same morning I called. He told me what he needed to fix it. I called at 8:30 AM and Brandon, was here at 11:15 AM. He is very professional. He was at my home in January 2019 to replace the faucet on my basement sink. I told Plumb Tite as a retired person they maybe think about prices for retirees. That would be good for business!

Service tech cleared drain with plumbers snake.

The technician showed up on a Friday at approximately the appropriate time and even wore shoe covers in the house to keep the floors clean. We showed him the basement bathroom/shower. He immediately identified the material backing up in the shower and seemed knowledgeable about the issue even to the point of identifying a potential cause. We agreed that we would clear the drain to get it functioning and then come back at a later date for a high-power water jet cleaning of the drain pipe. After approximately 1-2 hours, he came up from the basement indicating that he could not resolve the issue and that he (or someone else would need to come back). Now the shower is useless and because he left drain residue in the shower and it won’t drain, our entire basement smells horrible, to the point that our son who has a bedroom down there cannot sleep there. This was not the case before the technician arrived. We understood the situation, and expected to hear from the company on Monday with the understanding that someone would come to correct the issue that day. However, we had to call them and then they told us that no one was available until Wednesday. Overall, they charged us $85, made the problem worse and had no plans to correct it with any urgency.

Plumb Tite was extremely responsive. Both the office staff and technicians were very polite. They were able to get a technician out to my house within hours of my initial call! A quote was given before any services were performed. The quote was comparable to other plumbers in the area. Addionally, after services were completed the office staff followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the services provided. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Plumb Tite and I would both recommend and use their services again.

The drain pipe was not properly attached to the pipe in the wall a nd water had been running into the vanity cupboard. The cupboard and the wall behind the vanity were covered in black mold. Justin moved the vanity so I could clean things up a bit and then attached the pipe properly and also added shut-off valves for the water. He was very nice and did a good job. I thought the cost of the repair was a tad steep but I would hire the company again nevertheless.

Plumb title was fantastic! They worked with me to get out to my home quickly, they provided me a window of time when the technician would arrive, and then Tim Stafford arrived during that time and provided great service! He broke down multiple options for our issue and took care of us in a timely manner. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Their customer service was excellent, from the first contact! They sent someone (Chad) out the very same day! He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! He explained everything thoroughly and discussed the various replacement options, as well as the various price gradient options of each upfront, that were best suited for our household. He even explained the financial options that were available. My new water heater was installed the very next day! We couldn’t have been happier with their service! I would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends! They do a great job!

Plumb Tite Plumbing was awesome! Their plumber troubleshooted the situation to make sure the cracked pipe was our only issue. They taught me a lot, like how the vortex created by our garbage disposal can increase drainage speed, which can overwhelm any plumbing setup. Service took less than an hour once started, and the finished work was clean and added modern conveniences to the pipe (like a larger opening for cleanings and camera exploration if required in the future). Really, just amazing service. Would recommend.

The service I received was excellent. After the plumber discovered the issue with the upstairs toilet he went to check the down stairs toilet and realized I was going to have the same issue in a very short time. He showed me what he was talking about. He then checked my shut off in the crawl space and noticed a pin hole in the pipe near the gate valve. I told him to do what ever had to be done I did not want any water issues. He was so pleasant and said not to worry he would fix everything as if he was fixing his own house. I would strongly recommend this company and the plumber that performed service at m condo.

Everything went fine, that evening a seal on the back somehow got bent on no fault of Tim our plumber and so he came back out the next day and fixed the seal as well as installed the pressure valve that was needed as well! He was great, went out of his way to help and would hire again!

The representative that came to my house to check our toilet, was super informative. I have a house that was built in 1953 and has had, if any, very little upgrading. He went through and checked all my copper pipes and gave me some valuable knowledge that I had not know prior. He then replaced the valve behind my toilet, quickly and efficiently. He also gave me an estimated cost to upgrade all our plumbing when the time is right for us.

Work was done with quality, the servicemen were polite, professional and cleaned up well.

John was efficient and explained the procedure as he did it. I felt confident in his expertise.
