The plumber did an excellent job. He explained what he needed to do and why, got all the needed certificates, was clean and very thorough. He really knew what he was doing. He showed up exactly on time, called before he arrived, and charged the exact estimated amount. He left the house as clean as he found it.

Completed on time for the price quoted.

I have hired plumb tite multiple times for different issues I've had in my home. I knew that I would be a returning customer after my first interaction with them. They're team has always been professional and honest as well as informative and polite. I am a 24 year old home owner and have had companies try to gain from my lack of knowledge in certain areas, but plumb tite's employees have always been respectful and helped make sure I understand the situation and options before proceeding with and work. I appreciate them greatly!

The service went well but the technician could of cleaned up the debris in the basement better.

Outstanding service, quality, and honesty mean everything to me, and Plumb Tite delivered. Plumb Tite followed up to ensure I was satisfied, and I appreciate their emphasis on customer service. The only downside is their pricing is on the high side or else I would have given them a five-star review. Bottom line is I recommend, Plumb Tite.

Called on Friday and explained that I had a water heater leaking and it was covered under warranty. I arranged with the local supply house to have the heater ready to be picked up on Monday. Plumb Tite said no problem. Called today to check on my appointment and was then told that they would not pick up the heater and did I still want my appointment. Are you kidding me. I don't have a van and told the woman this. I was then told that getting the heater to my house was my problem.

Started out as a less than $100 job to reattach the utility faucet which had to be disconnected for a basement water proofing job that was recently completed. Upon reattaching the faucet leaked. While this did not leak prior to removal, as it was over 20 years old I agreed to them providing and installing a new one. During the installation of the new faucet the plumber melted a section of brand new wall board which ran in the $1000's range and the faucet leaked. He did a few adjustments and left. Within a day it continued to leak. They came back did additional adjustments which lasted maybe 36 hours before it leaked again. My subsequent calls about the issue were ignored. Had to go elsewhere to get it fixed, but still have the melted section of new wall board as a reminder of their workmanship.

Brandon did an amazing job. A previous job was jerry-rigged and was frankly a mess. Brandon was able to fashion an elegant solution that fixed the problem. I highly recommend Plumb Tite

Plumber called ahead and arrived on time. Opened a small hole in ceiling beneath upstairs tub and quickly found and fixed the leak problem. Cleaned up the work area completely and thoroughly. Hole in ceiling is a "clean cut", small enough that I can restore without needing to hire a drywall specialist. Plumber changed out the defective PRV and reduced the household water line pressure from 95 psi to 70 psi, Plumber was professional and courteous and instructive during all repairs. I highly recommend Plumb Tite. They are my first choice for home plumbing repairs.

Unfortunately my hot water heater began to leak. The receptionist was able to find time for a technician to come out the same day. The tech, Steve, and his partner were nice and professional. They assessed the situation and had a new hot water heater installed within 2 hours of draining the old one. I did revived a lower price by phone with another company. Steve was able to speak to his manager and come down close to the other price. I would recommend them in the future.

Fine, Don found there was no leak after all. He said part of the ceiling would need to be removed around the discolored area to look further into possible problem other than sink leak. He told me beforehand what needed to be done, what the causes might be and what any remedies might be. He also told me the initial charge for removing part of the ceiling. When he did the work and couldn't find anything causing the ceiling discoloration, he didn't bill the the entire aforementioned charge. He was able to see me in a timely fashion, arrived promptly, was respectful of my property and gave me good advice.

Plumb tite was very prompt and courteous. They got the job done right in a timely matter. Highly recommended.

It was very quick and he double checked to make sure that was the only leak. I am having other work done this week by a different team (mold removal and rebuild) then the plumber, Don, will return and replace three toilets.

Run. Showed up with one person to do rough in. Had to help carry up tub from garage. Unbelievable. Told me when he did rough in that I needed to make it so I could pull up the floor again. Said that defeats the purpose of rough in. Told them when they came back to bring two guys so I wouldn't have to help lift the tub through the door way and don't send the same guy. Sent that same one guy again. After doing finished plumbing had to have them come back twice more due to hot and cold hooked up incorrectly. Talked to management about getting some money back due to extra holes. Said they would and never heard from them.
