I was able to stop by the house to look at what needed to be done and to get an estimate on toilet replacement within a few days of my initial request. He answered all of my questions regarding different types of toilets, their advantages and disadvantages. When I decided upon what I wanted, I was able to get an appointment for replacement within a week. As on his original visit, he was punctual and courteous. All three toilets were replaced in about 5 hours. The only glitch was the wrong lids were given to him, but he was able to go back and get the appropriate lids within an hour. Whenever I had a question he stopped to give me his attention and answer my question.

Plum Tite was contact and had someone out the same day. They explained that they don’t charge a service call fee, that their plumbers would arrive and review job and provide up front pricing. They contacted me prior to arriving, arrived on time, and were professional and courteous. Jake and Josh is who performed the work. They seemed legit really good dudes. I’d recommend this company and this duo.

We moved into a new home that has an enclosed gas fireplace. Not sure if it had been serviced, I called PLUMBTITE -they were highly recommended and I couldn’t agree more. Very professional scheduling and follow up process. Donnie took the glass out, examined and cleaned the working parts, and answered every question I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to call PLUMBTITE again. The company was able to give us an appointment the same day we desperately needed our sump pump replaced. I was surprised at how quick they could help us. The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very friendly and kind. The tech that arrived was timely and very helpful. He removed our old sump pump and replaced it with a new one. The only reason I am rating them a B instead of an A is because we could not believe how high the cost was for this project. We were not expecting to spend this amount especially just before the holidays. We truly believe the cost was over the top. With that being said, we are satisfied with the work performed and the quality of this company's customer service. We just strongly recommend anyone needing Sump Pump services to make sure you get multiple quotes if at all possible.

I am trying to buy a home and requested a sewer scope and Plumb Tite was able to come out the next day while I was having the general home inspection completed. Brandon contacted me 3 times through the day to keep me apprised of his arrival time. The experience was much easier than I thought it would be. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

The quoting process (Brandon) was very smooth and professional. Work crew had to postpone the actual service day because of weather, and then arrived approx. 9:30 am the next day. Things seemed to go well with the digging and boring through the yard; however when they drilled through the basement wall for new pipe fitting, they sprayed concrete dust around our entire basement room. I can't complain about the actual plumbing job, but the cleanup left a lot to be desired. Maybe if they hadn't stayed so late already, they would've spent more time cleaning up. Ideal scenario would be to cover furniture and musical instruments with tarps (live and learn for next time).

They came out promptly for a no cost estimate. There was a slight delay because the original installer was injured on another job. Monday bright and early they had another installer come out and install my hot water heater without incident. While Plumbing is still expensive, Plumb Tite save me a couple of hundred dollars on my job.

I just wanted to say a few words about Plumb Tite. I have been using Plumb Tite for a number of years now, and they have always given the best plumbing bang for our buck. Just last week my water heater went out just be before my wife's breast cancer surgery. I didn't have time to mess with it before the surgery which was on Thursday. I had a chance to call Plumb Tite on Saturday of that week explained my situation, as always Plumb Tite was on top of it. Their Technician Chad meet me late Saturday afternoon and assessed the situation. The water heater was shot. I told Chad I was bringing my wife home the following day, and we had to have hot water. Chad called the warehouse manager about getting a water heater out of the warehouse. Chad picked the water heater up at 8:00 AM on Sunday and had the water installed and working, and the mess cleaned up before I brought my wife home around 2:00 PM. You cannot ask for more outstanding service than that, especially on a weekend. Plumb Tite will always be my go to Plumbing service! I recommend them to all my family and friends.
