Could not be happier with the service I received last week. Dishwasher overflowed on Thursday, and shutoff valve to its water supply was leaking. I shut off all water to the house, and contacted PlumbTite around 5:00 PM. Dee found an appointment for Saturday. Then she contacted the dispatcher and was able to get me an earlier appointment - Friday, noon-3:00. On Friday morning at 10:00, Dee contacted me to say there was a cancellation, and Steve was able to come immediately. Steve had installed 2 new kitchen faucets for me almost 2 years ago. Steve identified the issue with the 20-year-old dishwasher (failed solenoid valve), replaced the old, failed shutoff valve, and, at my request, spent time discussing tankless water heaters with me and providing a bid. THANK YOU, PLUMBTITE !!

We needed an outside water valve replaced. We called several plumbing companies to compare price and Plumb Tite was the most reasonable They came the next day, replaced the valve quickly and did a great job. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great experience and we will definitely use them again for our next plumbing job!

It was great. They are really fast and professional. A little pricey but with how fast I needed it done it was worth it. I would definitely hire them again.

I was hesitant to hire a plumber I did not know, but I did not know of one, so had no choice! Because I saw the name Plumb Tite with some positive reviews, I called them. Steve came to assist. He was professional, courteous and competent. He resolved 2 problems in about 1/2 hour and the charge was only $85. I was delighted! I definitely recommend Plumb Tite, and they are now My Plumber! They charged us $270 and fixed the wrong part . Then he found what was leaking and still charged us for the original part he thought it was . I don’t think I should have been charged for a part I didn’t need . And a new line was on $40 what was the other $230 for ?

Too expensive. I found another plumber who would do the same service for half the price I was quoted, so I declined the service.

Great. They replaced the disposal. They did a great job. Best of all, they have new policies to implement social distancing and practices to protect both the plumber and the customer. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience.

Plumb Tite urgently helped repair my water heater when I was in dire straits. In fact, I will only call Plumb Tite in the future.

The tech was very courteous and resolved the issue quickly. He took many safety precautions due to COVID-19. He cleaned and sterilized the work area when he was done and he gave me a few tips to reduce issues in the future. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend and I would definitely use again in the future.

Contacted them on Monday, set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Donnie called shortly before arriving to let us know he was on the way. He surveyed the pipes, and we both agreed the best solution was to replace all, not just the one leaking, due to apparent deterioration of the others. The price was very satisfactory and the work was done neatly and quickly. I am very satisfied with the project.

It went perfectly. Brandon arrived on time to my home and in a very short amount of time found the problem ..... actually, he found the problemS. A valve was the reason I had no running water in the shower but the real, underlying problem turned out to be the pressure reduction valve. That caused the valve in the shower to go bad and it also caused the expansion tank on my hot water heater to be full of water ...... something that would have led me to have to replace my hot water heater in the near future. Brandon looked into all these things and then discussed my options with me. Brandon was great as he explained everything to me in language I could understand and he was willing and able to take the time to answer all my questions. Without a doubt, I will call Plumb Tite with any future plumbing problems I may have.

Bottom line-tub works and no leaks. the technicians were agreeable to work with. I had to agree to the minimum the company would agree to do. there was no finishing to the holes in the wall. the extension supplied to fill in the gaping holes was underutilized. gaping holes were left on both ends with the supplied pieces not used. one piece needed to be measured and cut to fit but no effort made in that regard. It was a minimal job done for maximum profit. I did accept the dishonest bid. it was my lowest bid. my figures show the $3000 install was an extravagant amount. Google says plumbers in this area make $60 to $85 an hour. average time to install is 18 hours and up to 25 hours for more complex jobs. Dividing 3000 by 8 hours they worked shows they made $325 an hour. Even for 2 technicians that is a bit more than an honest profit. Of course one may do better in hiring an individual plumber instead of a company because a lot would go to the company. In this company's defense, this whole profession may not have one company that only seeks a fair profit. Maybe no company does a complete job finishing all areas they tore out. I did the best I could accepting this bid this time. Next time I would try others. If all bids and expectations the same I may even go to Plumbtite again because at least I know they show up on time and there were no leaks.
