Scheduling service was easy. Jake came out to assess our situation and make recommendations. No service fee charged. Donny came out the next day to do the work. We were charged only for the work done. No additional service fee. Both technicians called before coming and arrived early. Work was done completely and efficiently. Both Jake and Donny were friendly, courteous, and professional. Our experience with Plumb Tite has been positive since we started using them. They don't charge a service fee to come out and only recommend work that is needed, sometimes saving the customer hundreds of dollars or more.

Very well. Both Jake and Donnie were very professional. They were not only punctual but arrived before scheduled time. Work was completed in a professional manner and everything works beautifully. One thing I like about Plumb Tite is that they don't charge for service calls and won't recommend repair work unless it's actually needed. They also offer bundled pricing for multiple jobs done the same day. There was no additional charge for replacing the shower heads since they were there already and labor had already been figured in for the 2 major jobs.

I searched on Angie’s List and Plumb Tite was at the top of the list, but they also are the one who contacted me immediately. Stephanie was the first contact from the office and she was super nice, helpful, and got me scheduled. My plumber Jacob was coming because my water bill (in Gallatin County) went from $40 a month to $104 in 30 days. We were pretty sure it was the water pressure and that we needed a regulator. Jacob was so incredibly nice, respectful, professional, and personable. I wish that every company who sent people to my house would send me a Jacob! Having someone work in your home who is not only professional but also personable is such a more pleasant experience. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me on the requirements of the water company as well as the things he was doing to fix the problem along the way. I will never call another plumbing company and I will always request Jacob.

Excellent! We have been customers for several years, and every time they have provided service, we have had wonderful experiences. We have had more than our fair share of plumbing problems these last few years, and they have taken care of them all for us. The technicians have always been reliable, professional and punctual and have always done excellent work. They do not charge for making the trip to our home which is a real plus. The technicians always explain what they are doing and offer suggestions and options when appropriate. We will always hire Plumb Tite to handle all of our plumbing needs.

I felt the price was a little extreme for a gas line. However I am not a plumber so that may be the going rate. I decided to just go with propane instead.

Smoothly...we made the call they came out on time and called a half hour before they showed up like they said they would. Evaluated the situation, gave us an estimate, a time line it would take and the price for the project. They had all the parts in the truck and was able to get everything done that day in less time then estimated. He gave us a brief history of the product that was installed very professional, clean, friendly, organized and efficient.

We've just had an exceptional experience working with Plumb Tite Plumbing. Our kitchen faucet broke after 20+ years of use and we decided on one of the newer, touch activated faucet replacements. Plumb Tite responded within 12 hours of our quote request on Angies List, and showed up 48 hours later. Brandon, our technician did an excellent, clean installation, and he was just enjoyable to work with. We'll request him again for future projects. When we asked about our aging sump pump and how long before it needed replacement, he inspected it and showed us that the float was no longer working and needed replacement soon. He had the pump on hand, and installed it immediately. We're very pleased with the work, the pricing and quality of materials used on our job. We'll be working with Plumb Tite again in the future, thanks.

Went very well,Electric company turn off gas and was told to call a plumber. I called, Plumb Tite and the service man came and tested the thegas lines for leaks. Very reasonable and very knowledgeable. Service was fantastic!!
