Awesome service. Very prompt and professional. Bobby the technician was great.

Tim did a through evaluation of the situation and we both came to the conclusion that too much demo would be required to replace the bib. So Tim took the 60 year old bib apart and fixed it. He reassembled the bib, tested it, cleaned up the space and left. The greatest compliment is that the repair is holding. Would hire again.

The Plumb Tite plumber devised a great solution that saved a lot of money. Adding a simple shut off device to the water line solved the issue and prevented cutting into drywall and additional costly repair. I have found a new plumber! Great service, on time, followed COVID restrictions, he had the correct parts in his van, he was knowledgable, informative and friendly. Did I mention that I've found a new plumber?

The tech was on time, friendly, got the install done quickly and left everything as clean as he found it if not cleaner!

Went very well, Plumber called 30 minutes ahead and arrived on time. He investigated the situation and identified that a previous repair by someone else had been done incorrectly. With the information at hand I was able to make the repair for a few dollars. I would have happily paid Plumb Tite for the repair, however in this situation the cost was very significant compared to the time needed to get the part, and make the repair. I will happily call Plump Tite for future problems, and I am sure they will be making repairs for me in the future.

Replaced, no problem. Water softener was also bad and was replaced. Couldn’t really get multiple because of the situation. They did a great job, but the price seems high

I was given a three hr. window for arrival. The pro came 40 minutes late. He inspected the issue and gave me a price that was over $500 but dropped it 10% to $492 and noted that he would do the job right away. His price was still $80 higher than my lowest quote. I agreed to the price since he was doing the job right away. he did a good job but did not finish the job during his visit and had to come back the next day. These people are pricy and the pro even admitted that. I would not call these people again unless it was an emergency and they were available right away.

Charged 85.00 for a very brief inspection that took ten minutes. Gave me an obscene quote that I felt bordered on fraud. Didn't much care for the smarmy, unctuous attitude.

It went very well. Plumb Tite Plumbing came to my house, viewed the job and then gave me a price quote with no service call charge. I accepted and Bobby, my service tech, went to work right then and completed it in a timely manner and his work was excellent and neatly done. I would recommend then and I will use this company for any and all my plumbing repairs or installs in the future.

Job was completed and we are very happy we do not have that problem any longer. Bobby was the best and we would without a doubt hire him again.

It was excellent, plumber return for a second time to find out where water 💦 was coming from and repaired it. I’m so grateful I can finally take a shower/bath.

I think the work was done fine. The technician did everything he needed to do. I believe that the cost was extremely high. As far as I know only 1 part was needed that the technician went to home depot to purchase which was a new faucet to install. The technician spent 2 hours at the house and that included going to home depot and purchasing the part he needed. Looking up the cost of the part which was $44. The total cost of 2 hour labor which included the trip to home depot and the part was $616 - a 10% Angie list discount the total came to $554.40. If you subtract the price of the part. The 2 hours of labor including the trip to home depot cost $250 per hour that seems extremely high.

I contracted with Plumb Tite to fix\replace my current basement sump pump system and also take care of a leak from my 1st floor shower drain. They sent out a representative (Sara) who did a thural job of assessing the situation and offered me a few options to best suit my requirements. I selected the most complete option. For the Sump system, I elected to have a battery backup with 2 pumps installed. I also needed to have the Sump discharge re-piped and checked, making sure it was working without any obstructions. Dustin and Brandon arrived at my residence at the arranged time and commenced working on the project. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the morning. They both were very professional and respective of the current social distancing practices that are in place because of COVID 19. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and all debris were cleaned up nicely. Dustin and Brandon debriefed me on all the work done, explained the operation of the new sump system and proved the associated manuals. Brandon also made it a point to let me know the details of the warranted work and materials. I was happily surprised that the coverage was so great and really feel that Plumb Tite is serious about doing great work at a reasonable cost. Lastly I was contacted a day after the work by Betty, who wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was completed. She also communicated how Plumb Tite stands behind their work and excels at customer service. I am convinced that is true. I can now understand why Plumb Tite has so many great reviews of their work. The Plumb Tite team I worked with (Betty and Tim) were absolutely prefect. Their communication was professional and really quick. Betty reached out within minutes of me requesting a quote via Angie's List to start the process. Tim came out and did great work, finishing within an hour! If you need plumbing work done, stick with these two. I will be returning when I need help.

I received a call within 15 minutes from Plumb-Tite to schedule. Very professional group and I was informed of everything to be done and to approve the work as it was being completed. The toilet was actually no longer connected to the floor! The subfloor had deteriorated. New mounts were installed. All work completed and the area was cleaned afterwards. I will definitely call them back for future needs.

Some one was out the next day. You cannot beat the $0 service fee, would highly recommend.

Even though we didn't hire them for the job, and actually decided against adding a gas stove at this time. Donnie was wonderful. Very professional and personable. Took his time, looked at several options that would be safest and cost effective at the same time. He took the time to explain everything. If we had decided to go ahead with the install, we would most definitely go with Donnie and Plumb tite. But for now we will keep them in mind for any other plumbing needs we may have in the future.
