In spite of all the glowing reviews about how responsive he is, I made 2 requests for a quote without so much as an "I'm sorry I'm too busy". I'd rather get that than to be flat out ignored.

All of the interior areas look great and are seamless. The exterior stucco, trim and accent surfaces look great as well. The painters did a great job and helped us choose the correct accent color, which was very different than what we thought we wanted. All of the colors were a huge change from what the house looked like before. It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the outcome. The painters showed up when they were supposed to and were very courteous. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend Pete's company.

Extremely responsive and very personable crew. Worked in schedule to complete work within my time frame. Added scope throughout and very accommodating. Great quality and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Pete was good with providing times when his crew would be onsite. They were good at asking questions and making sure it was done right!

Pete and his crew did an awesome job. They are easily the best painting company that we have ever used. The communication and quality of work really stood out to us.

Seemed to go well while they were here. But They didn't always use drop cloths and I found lots of paint spots later.

Work included painting the entire finished basement, an upstairs hallway and kitchen. Pete is very responsive with excellent communications. The staff were cordial, professional, prompt and had an excellent work ethic. The trim paint that we had selected did not match completely and the lead person on the job took the time to have it tinted to resolve the issue. He did this on his own due to his concern with ensure we were completely satisfied with the work performed. Would definitely hire again!

It looks great. There are sidelight windows on both sides of the door and across the top of the door and sidelight, as well as decorative trim. The finished product was done very professionally.

Pete has done work for me on two properties and both jobs were priced fairly and done with good quality. This job was to protect a large wood deck from carpenter bees. He was able to get the work done in the spring, as requested and worked with me to use a paint-mixed insecticide as added preventative. He was very responsive on both jobs.

Very happy with the work done. The two painters were very friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards -- as if they were never here. The amount of stain I was told to buy, however, was excessive. I have almost half of the stain left. But at least I can use it the next time I have to stain. I was told it's hard to estimate how much stain to buy for cedar. If the cedar is dry it can absorb a lot of stain.

Pete was definitely the most reasonable of the 5 painting companies that I called and he did a great job putting me on the schedule quickly. He was generally responsive to my calls and kept me informed of schedule changes. The work was completed thoroughly and efficiently (2 days with 2 painters). My only complaint is that I specifically requested a certain shade of white and he did not purchase that paint color. He also did not ask which sheen of paint I wanted. If he would have been more exact on the paint, I would have given him an A rating.

I called this painter and left a message with my number. Never returned my call!

Our initial laundry room repairs were delayed and we really needed the room painted before the holidays. Pete worked very hard to get the painter here within a week of contacting him. Price was reasonable. Job was very well done. Punctual arrival & timely with the work. We plan to call him back to complete some other projects.

Smooth, even painting with no paint on the windows or bricks, even touched up a few spots I had not thought of. The painters worked conscientiously with few breaks. I am very pleased.

They did a great job. The house turned out beautiful. Very professional in how the approached the job.

Pete Arnold and Co. did a great job at my house both this summer and this Fall. They were courteous and punctual, which is very important to me, and they are very competitively priced. We would definitely use them again! Pete always called us back on time and was very good with communication about the jobs.

Overall, the project finished well and we are happy with the transformation. Our general contractor is very picky and said they did a good job, especially with cutting-in. They have a good attention to detail. Pete uses high quality Sherwin-Williams paint. He had the lowest of 5 bids. I made sure to clearly specify the 4 color scheme in the contract with photos, detailed description, etc., since it was somewhat complicated. They initially incorrectly painted the 3rd floor front gable, including one incorrect color-match from Sherwin-Williams, but they did fix it to make it right. They had me go over the paint job when it was finished and did some additional touch-ups based on my input without issue. I've recommended Pete to one neighbor already and would use him again.

Pete was careful to not overpromise on when they would be able to start the job and overdelivered. His folks were timely and courteous. Job was done efficiently and looks great!

They did a very good job & once they started they were very engaged in completing the work with a high sense of ownership dried quickly output.

We selected the paint colors for interior and exterior. Crew arrived exactly as promised. Crew was professional, neat and considerate of contents inside,the painting areas. They did excellent work, beautiful painting technique. Very pleased with the quality of paint, very low odor. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the job.
