Look no further! Pete Arnold's crew is "over the top". Dave, Wayne and Brian put their heart into their work. To them painting is an art or a craft ... not just a job. You might pay a little extra for his team to paint your home or commercial property, but they are 3X better than anyone else I have ever hired in the past. The bottom line is you will have total peace of mind with Pete's crew ... they are neat, professional, VERY maticulous and they guarantee you will be extremely happy with their work or they will keep at it until you are. The other thing I thought was so impressive is his crew talks very favorably about Pete even when he is not around. You don't always see that these days. One final note ... when Pete came to give me his initial estimate, we were in the middle of sanding and re-staining our front door (it turns out he would have done that for us as well, but we were already in the middle of that project). We were having a little difficulty finding a stain that matched the original color. Pete went out of his way to find a matching stain and then gave it to us.

Contacted Pete Arnold during July, 2014 based upon very favourable reviews on Angie's List. Pete completed an estimate and suggested areas that needed to be refreshed from an aesthetic point of view. Work was scheduled for mid-September. Pete contacted me several days before the scheduled start date to reconfirm, which I appreciated. Pete's team arrived as planned, introduced themselves and walked around my home explaining the scope of work. Pete's team completed the work in two days (as planned), they cleaned up each day and were exceptionally professional throughout. I am extremely pleased with the work of Pete Arnold & Company and I received several compliments from neighbors. I have discussed with Pete some interior painting that I would like done during January, 2015. I highly recommend their services without reservation.

The crew was expected to be here at 7:00am. I looked out the window at 6:15 and the truck was in the driveway. By 7:00am, the entire crew of 4 men were painting. All scaffolding had been put together, ladders were against the house, paint cans were open, and they were ready. I have dogs and the crew were especially conscious of them, always making sure the gate was closed so they couldn't get out. When I was outside, they were polite and professional. I just picked the color out, and they bought the paint. I never had to go to the paint store except to look at the color. It was suggested that I buy a small amount just to see if I liked the color, so I followed that suggestion. After some initial doubt about the color, I went ahead with it and was not sorry. Pete talked to me some about the color and my selection which was helpful to me. I'm very happy with this company and their painting. I am pleased to recommend them.

They finished the job in 3-4 days and did exactly what I wanted. He was very responsive when I called him and gave us a great price. His workers were very professional and I couldn’t say a single bad thing about them.

They completed the job quickly and cleaned up when they were finished. A few days after completion, I found an area on the garage door which needed some attention which neither I nor the crew had noticed on the final walk through. Pete had someone here the next day and the issue was resolved.

Pete said they would probably get the job done in one day, and the crew of three finished up in less than a full day. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB! We were so pleased with how courteous and professional they were. Everything went extremely well. They really aimed to please. The guys did a great job on the trim as well as painting the chimney cap with a rust prohibiting product. The workers were very professional and polite and did are at job on cleanup as well as a great job on the house.

haWe had hired Pete Arnold Painting 3 years ago to paint the exterior trim on our hose and were extremely impressed by the quality of the work. so we asked for an estimate on some interior painting Pete was very prompt in visiting our home to give an estimate. Workers were scheduled in a timely manner. Crew did an excellent and very professional job in stripping wallpaper with as little mess as possible. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. They cleaned up every day and moved their equipment so we could still get around our kitchen.. They did an excellent job with the painting and were done in 3-4 days (it's a large house). After the work on replacing the flooring and cabinets was completed and we had unpacked all the boxes and put all the furniture back, i phoned Pete on a Friday about hiring him to return and to caulk and paint the toe molding (the flooring installers did not do this). Pete returned my call on the following Monday and since rain was forecast for the following day, his workers came and did and did the job. They were so efficient that they were done in just 2 hours - it was great and they did an excellent job - not a drop of paint on my new floors!!!!

Due to the late winter/rainy spring, work had been delayed but started early on 6/24/14. They did most of the front/side of the house before stopping due to an incoming storm. Work commenced on 6/25 with the worst of the cleaning to do on the back gutters of the house. I pointed out one area that needed touching up that they took care of. The house looks fantastic now that the trim is a bright white instead of dirty, dull white. The painters were very careful of all my plants/flowers around the exterior of the house and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Good communication - Pete makes direct contact via phone and v-mail to coordinate the work, price, and any questions. The crew cleaned and preped the deck about a week before applying the finish - they had to wait until the weather forecast looked good (no rain during and after the application was the goal and was accomplished).

Pete responded quickly to the email and was able to bid within a week. He emailed me a professional itemized paint bid. He was 5 weeks out on jobs and I wanted mine completed sooner so I looked elsewhere.

We contacted Mr. Arnold fall of 2013 for painting estimate. Because of lateness our request and inclement weather temperatures, our job had to be postponed until Spring 2014. Once weather cooperated, Mr. Arnold's crew cleaned and painted our exterior windows. Painting was neat and as contracted. Mr. Arnold provided the estimate and followed up afterwards to get out feedback on the quality.

The painting job was completed very professionally. There weren't any paint spills, or areas missed, and I was pleased with how professional the workers spoke with me. My property was cleaned up with paint chips removed from the scraping activity. I was pleased with how well the process went.

Pete Arnold was in contact within a day or so of my initial request for a quote and came to my house within another couple of days to give a quote. Their price was comparable to another couple of painters' from this site but was actually a bit lower, as well as the excellent reviews on the site which made the decision easy. Due to unpredictable November weather, the originally planned date to complete the work had to be changed a couple of times but I had no problem with that since you can't do anything about the weather and Pete also stated they'd prefer to wait until spring if no warmer days occurred in order to get the job done right since the paint may not stick or would peel if done in rainy/too cold conditions. There wound up being a few nicer days and Pete's crew came out immediately and got the job done within two days' time but the majority was completed in one day. My husband and I are very happy with the work, highly recommend and will be in contact with them soon for some interior painting.

Pete and his employees did a very professional job, making sure the work was done to our satisfaction, and cleaned up thoroughly when complete.

I can't think of even one negative to say about the crew (6) that did the work. They were very careful to keep any overspray away from the glass, got two coats of paint applied in a day and a half, cleaned up and were gone without any drama.

Excellent work overall. Particularly impressed by professionalism of both owner and staff. They showed up early with a full crew, followed all my instructions well regarding cleanliness and placement of supplies/vehicles. Very good attention to detail and nice finished product of high quality paint. They even brought back to life an exterior wood door that I thought would need to be replaced - they took the extra time to strip it down and now it looks like new. Staff very polite and took time to walk property to look for spots missed/issues and attended to my punch list immediately. Owner Pete Arnold was very good about communicating promptly and responding to questions with good solutions. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I interviewed 4 different painters and some were higher priced and some were lower. Pete was in the middle. I'm always hesitant until the job is done to be sure it all works out. Pete and the crew were here right on time, were polite, courteous, and worked hard. A small but large indication of the type of work he does was when the crew finished up the first day, everything was folded and dress right dress instead of thrown into a pile. In order to make our job successful a lot of prep work was required. They did more than I expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pete and his crew.

Excellent overall. Pete and his crew were responsive, polite, prompt and professional from our first phone call to the final day of work. The painting and staining looks terrific and they cleaned up everything beautifully before they left. We would definitely use them again.

Pete Arnold is extremely organized and professional in the way he runs his business. He arrived on time to give me an estimate and his team was here early in the morning on the scheduled day for the painting to begin. Throughout the transaction, Pete's communication was timely and complete. His price was fair and included some minor maintenance work i.e., tightening shutters. The "B" rating in the overall and quality categories reflects some problem areas which I found after the initial painting was done. Specifically, sloppy painting around the front door and back door, and stray paint on the brick were the areas of concern. Fortunately, Pete makes a strong effort to make sure customers are satisfied and he worked with us to address these problems. The two doorways are much better now and most of the stray paint was able to be removed from the brick. In fairness to Pete and his team, I'm very particular about work which is done on my home. Others may not have had a problem with the initial work.

Pete Arnold was one of 3 estimates we received around March of this year (2013). The bids were all basically the same amount, so that was not the deciding factor of who to hire; it was a combination of the ratings/reviews on Angie's List, Pete's apparent knowledge of the business, his kindness, his eagerness to do the job, and also the reassurance he gave that we would be satisfied with the end result. He advised us that before any painting was to be done it was first necessary to have extensive replacement of some exterior trim board sections and both gables on the house. We had to hire carpenters for that work, which process took a couple months to complete. Then the Spring rains came, which put the painting off for some period of time. We weren't really under any sort of deadline, so stayed patient and waited for a time he could fit us into his backed up schedule. Pete stayed in contact with us, periodically calling and making sure we were selecting our paint colors and to see if we had any questions. I'm so glad we waited!! We were told the job would only take two days, but I had my doubts. A couple of the painters showed up early the first day, stayed busy all day long, and really got a lot accomplished. The second day a bigger crew came, and to my surprise they got it done. These guys were awesome. They were very respectful, very courteous, easy to talk to, asked questions, and made sure I approved of how they were doing. I'm a "nit picker" and they could see this, so often brought me out to make sure I was pleased or if I had any requests. They were neat, very skillful, and I could tell they enjoyed their job and they worked well with each other. Not only are we very pleased and proud of the fantastic painting job on the house, but we've had many neighbors approach us and comment on how great it looks too. Will definitely use them in the future.

Pete Arnold's company was fantastic. Can't say enough good things. The guys cleaned the muck and grime off the gutters before painting the trim. It looks so good. They also did a fantastic job on our fence and railing projects, which were intricate and time consuming. Pete's employees were respectful and courteous. They always stacked their ladders out of view when the work day was done. Pete called throughout the project and at the conclusion to check on progress and make sure everything was to our liking. I would highly recommend Pete Arnold and Co.

Painters arrived as promised, completed the job without any problems except for some weather delays. My only issue with the painting itself was a bit of overspray on the garage floor. Another issue was that some of the crew were smokers. My suggestion to Pete would be to ask the subcontractors to please bring a bag or receptacle in their van/truck in which to put empty beverage cans, fast food wrappers, and most importantly, cigarette butts. All this type of stuff was properly placed in my trash cans. Non-smoking customers don't care to have the garage smelling of cigarettes. I know that smokers don't even notice the odor of cigarettes butts, but others do. The above are minor points, and should not detract from the good paint job. I would definitely use Pete again.
