Description of Work: Penklor was the property management company for a house I rented. Every single transaction I had with them was a disaster, starting with them misquoting the price on their web page and ending with them putting an eviction notice on the front door after I moved out (with the proper notification).

He proved the lowest estimate of all of the companies we worked with and it was a very close tie between him and the company we did select (the winning contractor suggested a few extra features that we liked). Penklor will definity be consisted for any future work.

+ 1 moreI had very good response and luck with them. They ended up getting an architect and a structural engineer for the job. It seemed a little drawn out and longer than it should have been but other than that the price was very reasonable and they did a good job. I had to keep on them and they didn't communicate as well as they could. I would use them again.
