+ -1 moreDO NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THE COMPANY WAS ABSOLUTELY UNWILLING TO MAKE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE DATA THEY LOST, EVEN WHEN THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THE TECH THEY SENT OUT WAS OVER HIS HEAD.
Description of Work: WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH A COMPUTER FREEZING UP--PC ONCALL NOT ONLY DID NOT FIX THAT PROBLEM BUT CAUSED OTHER (WORSE) PROBLEMS--THE TECH THEY SENT OUT LOST VALUABLE DATA AND IT IS NOW IRRETRIEVABLE!! TECH WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK--WE ASKED FOR A CHANCE TO BACK UP THE DATA BEFORE HE BEGAN AND HE SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY.
