 + -1 moreOnce they arrived they were unable to fix the major issue which was pretty disappointing. I thought the price was too high for the result of the visit. The techs name that came out was Jefferson Sherwood (I think).
Description of Work: We called this company to come out repair the computers, we had two issues he was coming out to address.

Description of Work: WE KEPT GETTING A MESSAGE THAT OUR MODEM WAS ALREADY IN USE. PC ON CALL TRIED DIFFERENT MODEMS AND FINALLY TOLD US TO RELOAD OUR OPERATING SYSTEM. PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. ON 2 DIFFERENT VISITS, TOLD US THAT OUR MOTHER BOARD MOST LIKELY WAS BAD. A FRIEND OF OURS PUT IN HIS OLD MODEM AND THE COMPUTER WAS FINE. PC ON CALL LEFT SOME SETTINGS WRONG. PC ON CALL IS UNWILLING TO REFUND US OUR MONEY OR EVEN A PORTION OF IT.
