PAUL COBURN

Paul (Dial ONE) was referred to my wife from a resident of Indian Hill who actually paid Paul more than his invoice because of his thorough service. This appeared to be too good to be true, but we called Paul and found his service to exceed all expectations. He invested about 2 hours (with a trainee) inspecting every part of the attic(s) interior, and exterior. Found two to three points of access, "plugged" them with foam, treated spaces that were inaccessible to our black lab with poisonous bait, and strategically placed four large glue traps (plus two extras he left with us). Total invoice was $100. This is your "mice buster!" He was courteous, professional, and wouldn't leave until he was satisfied that we were satisfied.

HE WAS HALFWAY DONE, AND THEN HE JUST NEVER FINISHED IT. FIRST, IT WAS BAD WEATHER, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE... BUT THEN, IT GOT TO WHERE I WAS CALLING HIM EVERY WEEK AND HE WOULD SAY HE WAS COMING, AND THEN HE WOULD NEVER SHOW. HE ALSO LEFT LADDERS, BUCKETS OF STAIN, DROP CLOTHS, AND OTHER SUPPLIES ON MY DECK AND ALL OVER THE BACK YARD. HE NEEDS TO GET BACK OUT HERE AND FINISH PUTTING THE STAIN AND SEAL COAT ON IT. HE DIDN'T FINISH THE JOB, HE HASN'T REMOVED HIS MATERIALS FROM THE JOB SITE, AND HE LIED, BY NOT SHOWING UP ON DAYS HE SAID HE WOULD. HE DOES GOOD WORK, WHEN HE SHOWS.
