The woman helping me at the desk was extremely professional and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work suggested and one of my lamps was ready within 24 hours. The second was ready nearly as quickly. While I was in the shop, various people were also having repairs done and it appeared that everyone in the place was knowledgeable and competent. My only reservation was that the cost seemed kind of high, but I would go to Palette Studios again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: I had two floor lamps that had been weighted at the bottom with some sort of concrete material. Over time, the concrete crumbled and fell out of the base of the lamp. I took both to Palette Studios to have the lamps repaired.

WE ONLY HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 1/2 HOUR TO GET THE LAMPS FIXED WHICH WAS UNEXPECTED. I LOVE THEIR STORE AND THEY WERE HELPFUL. WE NEEDED SHADES AND THE GIRL GOT THE BOOK OUT FOR US TO SHOW US THAT SHE COULD ORDER THEM.
