+ -1 moreI THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY REASONABLE. HE ACTUALLY CLEARED HIS SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND GET THE JOB DONE SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO WITHOUT A BATHROOM.
Description of Work: THERE WERE 3 OR 4 LOOSE TILES. HE FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL TILE WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON DRYWALL. HE REPLACED IT ALL.
